Clean Scene Laundromat

When I arrived, the woman working there came out with 2 carts after seeing how much I had in my suv, helped me bringing in and then she seen I had my 7 months granddaughter with me, she was so helpful!! Put token in, put soap in, set dryer as well as helping me clean up. A little after I arrived there was another customers that was coming in, I observed her helping all the other customers! Then when I was done, it was her and one customer that helped me with bringing my stuff out (3 carts full) and the customer stood by my grand daughter stroller right by the door so that she was safe. I felt so safe, had helping hands and overall a very clean space and great people!! Definitely will be coming back there!! Thank you to the ladies that helped especially the one that worked there yesterday afternoon! Your the best! Much love!

This laundromat use to have a bathroom that customers could use to wash hands if you got soap on your hands from the detergent. It’s sad how the new owners have shut off the bathroom use only for themselves. This is a place you come to wash your clothes for the public that you pay for their services and you stay for 1-2 hours while waiting. Any human being may need to use the restroom that’s a customer. I feel that isn’t right. Luckily I was able to wash my hands at the Korean store next to me and they were understanding and nice about it. This laundromat isn’t in a bad location and was ran by better people in the past and cared about their customers. Bring hand wipes if you come here. Also made comments to my adult daughter calling her crazy cause she didn’t know how to close the door. I do not recommend washing clothes here the machines have mold inside the softener and detergent area.

There are plenty of washers and dryers. The place is clean and the staff is helpful.

This morning I took my kids to the Clean Scene laundromat. I sat in the car in front. Faith was cut by a machine and started bleeding. I advised her to let the attendant know and ask for a bandaid. He told her to be more careful and said he has no bandaids or first aid kit. I washed it off and they continued washing clothes. They were doing TikToks and laughing. The attendant comes to my car and says: Are those your kids? Yes. They are acting like monkeys, and breaking stuff. To which I said: I’m watching them. Monkeys?? Really?? What did they break? He could not answer me. He then told me if I come back he will call the police on me. I have been a loyal customer over 3 years💔I got my children and my money and left. I felt violated and angry. The fact that my kids had to ask me if I was ok😩 *Posted on my social media as well*

The owner is extremely rude. I started using clean scene’s wash and fold service two years ago. Up until yesterday, my experience with the staff has been fairly pleasant. In fact, the customer service overshadowed the fact that a few of my delicates were returned to me damaged over the years. Yesterday I discontinued my service because the owner was very rude with me over the phone. When I dropped off my clothes to be washed, I mentioned that I had forgotten my reusable bags that are used to store the clean clothes in after the wash. The young woman who accepted my clothes told me that they could accommodate me. An hour later, the owner called and chastised me for forgetting my bags as if I had committed the crime of the century. He demanded that I return within 20 minutes to pick up my order, although i told him I could not because I was unavailable. He went on uninterrupted by me for at least two minutes on how inconvenient it would be for my clothes to sit on his counter until I returned. I asked him to simply put the clothes back into the bag that I brought them in. When I arrived two hours later, the clothes were still on the counter and not in the original bag, making it clear that the whole situation had been thrown way out of proportion. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had been a long-standing customer and the treatment I received for something so minor was absolutely ridiculous.

The gent who owns the place was kind in showing me how to use the machines my first time visiting laundromat. His daughter is phenomenal imho. Very helpful. Both went above and beyond to help and always make me feel comfy every time I return.

Whoever the blonde woman is there needs to be fired. Talk about rude and entitled; funny how there are other reviews about her saying the same thing. She’s extremely unhelpful and talked down to me when asking for help. I didn’t have much to wash thankfully so I left right away. The other employees are friendly-she’s the main issue there and you’d think she would be talked to about her attitude problem. I tell everyone to avoid this place.

The young girl behind the counter would not refund my dollar in tokens when asked, she told me their machine does not eat coins...she called the manager because, I wanted my refund and she refused, his orders she told me... she even went as far as to tell me she checked the coun boxes and no coins were in them, she also lied and told her boss I fussed her, I did not. He arrived with an attitude towards me... He was very obnoxious and rude he went as far as threatening me with the police, why, I hadn't done anything...he was very argumentative towards me all over $1 in tokens now. By the end of this I was shaking from trying to hold my composure Oh, and once he counted the drawers he refunded the tokens. I would not visit this place again ever. The washers and dryers are good though, at least the ones that work...

Clean, friendly Staff I go out my way to do my laundry there. Bathroom is clean Such Positive Vibes. Love how there willing to help seniors with carrying to the car ect. Greets you with a cart and don’t charge you for a bag if needed. Keep up the Great Work ♥️

I’d go out of my way to go to this laundromat again. Went there today to wash the comforters because they don’t fit in the washer at home. Didn’t have to wait for machines and it was a very clean and well operated establishment. The woman running the place was very sweet and she seemed like she really cared about the place!

If you need your clothes washed, this is the place. The manager, Cindy, is professional and responsive. My clothes are softer and smell fresher than any time I'd ever washed them. Extremely pleased with their service and I recommend them highly,

I have my own washer dryer. After using clean scene I basically fired myself. They do a far better job than I can. Awesome place I go about every 2 weeks
