Space City Laundry/ Lavanderia Glenmont

This place used to be my favorite laundromat. Haven’t been here in a few months, and a lot has changed. I’m here today and half the lights are out, the furniture is ratty and gross, and there’s a disgusting sewage smell (there’s always been a slight farty smell, but it’s much stronger today). Massage chairs are broken. I paid for 10 minutes, only to find that the parts that actually massage your back don’t work. Lightbulb over the tablet area is flickering. All the while, the attendant sits playing on her phone and looking at her nails. I drove from EaDo in traffic to find that this place has really gone downhill. Time to find a new spot. This place is filthy. UPDATE: I just watched the attendant (blonde lady) PICK HER NOSE & WIPE IT ON HER SHIRT SLEEVE. Never coming back!

Came here after realizing my apartment csc go laundry is crap. Washers are expensive but dryers are very cheap. Overall cost came out to be less than what I previously used to spend. And the cycles are quick. Above all, attendant is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I love this place. They stand out more than any laundry place I’ve been to. They’re clean, efficient, and deliver the best service. They even do delivery and that helped me with my business. Erick is so kind to speak to as well he’s the manager and very helpful.

The customer service here is just second to none. The lady at the front desk was so helpful even though there was a language barrier she went above and beyond. The place is so clean it is kept in such great condition. Free wifi too. Highly recommend going to be a repeat customer here. Excellent laundry, excellent service and good prices. I was there this morning and the service was very good. I recommend this place! I will definitely be back!

I work for the Operations Department of a College Prep and we bring our table liners to be washed here. Upon bringing them, we deliver them in several bags tangled up in a mess, but once retrieved the women that work here fold them up neatly in an incredible way. Stacked perfectly one right on top of each other and returned to us in half the amount of bags we brought (this is how well they fold them). Leivis is one of the women, she’s very pleasant and friendly and so is the other miss. I highly recommend this place if you are a company in need of friendly service that’s genuine and efficient.

I really like this washateria (I'm from the South and refuse to call it a 'laundromat' LOL). The prices to use the machines are best I've seen. It is the most pleasant washateria I've ever been to: no screaming kids and the patrons are nice. They play beautiful Spanish-language music/videos which I love. Doing laundry is a chore - at least here, it's nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the washing machines do not spin enough moisture out of your clothes so drying times are a bit longer. Otherwise, it's my favorite.

Great customer service! I love love love SPACE CITY Laundry they are simply best! It’s always clean, the employees are amazing, and they play music! Come in the mornings and they have coffee for you :)
