Returned my clothes to me NOT starched like I requested. Had to leave jeans because they did NOT crease them. And messed up 2 of my shirts pearl snaps. One shirt’s snaps won’t close now and the other is this picture where they’re all busted up and ruined. They literally only did 1 thing out of the 7 I dropped off correctly. I had to leave my jeans to be creased and picked up 2 days later than everything else. When I showed them the damages done to a $200 shirt the only thing they offered me was “This happens all the time there’s nothing we can do.” When I asked for compensation they refused to at minimum give me a refund for pressing the shirt, or replace my snaps or at least help me find someone who can fix the shirt. NEVER GO HERE! The good reviews must be from people who just go in and take their clothes however they give them back.

Phenomenonal service every single time!!! Also, the staff and owner are so friendly. My family and I have been using All Pro Cleaners for more than 15 years now. Never been disappointed. We highly recommend!

I HAVE HAD GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS OVER THE PAST 12 YEARS. NOT ONE ITEM DAMAGED. NOT ONE ITEM LOST. THE INTEGRITY IS SECOND TO NONE AS I HAVE HAD CASH MONEY RETURNED THAT I ACCIDENTALLY LEFT IN CLOTHING. THE STAFF ARE AMAZING.

Professional, courteous. I went on a Friday toward the end of the day so I didn't get my clothes until Tuesday, so keep that in mind when you go and you drop something off for over the weekend. Very happy, will return.

Dropped off a suit and when I returned to pick it up a couple days later, they couldn’t find it. I needed the suit for graduation, and when they couldn’t find it I was told, “I don’t know what you want me to do, it’s not my fault.” Eventually, they found my suit and continued to blame me for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, my experience was not that this place doesn’t offer a good service and if things go wrong they will blame the customer for it. By the looks of it had they actually lost my suit, I don’t think they would have been willing to pay me for it.

Service is always on point and pricing is reasonable for all services and I have had zippers & alteration made. It has been a great switch from my last cleaners.

I could not be happier with this dry cleaner. Very close to the capitol complex. Friendly service. Two day turnaround on nearly everything I have turned in around 11:30 am. (pickup is after 3:00 pm 2 days later).
