Fresh Folds Laundry

This is one of the worst laundromats. The machines are way over priced, you can't dry or use the bathroom if you haven't used a washing machine with the same card...and the customer service is non existent the employees treat customers like they are unwanted rodents. Yes they have air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi (is never use it they probably steal identities with it) but even their vending machines are outrageous . I was charged $3 for a regular size milky way ...and the prices change for the same items sometimes ...one times I was charged $1.80 for the same brand/size milky way. Oh and you can't do anything at all without first purchasing and loading money onto their 'laundry card' which is $1 and if you lose it you're screwed again. UNLESS you register the card at the machine mich people rarely do ...this company is making money hand over fist by screwing people left and right from every angle .....the only reason I ever stop there , which isn't often, is because they are basically the only game in the Spanaway/ Parkland area....most days I go all the way to North Slope laundromat where the people are actually nice and the prices are reasonable

Remarkably amazing experience! Brianna D. was super sweet for an attendant. She was courteous, respectful and a smile that lit up the establishment. Very clean, washers and dryers worked without a flaw. Used a 6 loader, I probably could have used a 4 loader, but my grandma always taught me to never overload a washing machine. This washer nearly spun my clothes dry. I dryed that entire large load for 16 minutes for only .65 cents. For under $12 I completely washed and dryed my clothing. Thank you, Fresh Folds Laundry. Definitely will utilize this laundromat

The place was clean and the machines were fast and efficient. Dryers were nice and hot and dried blankets and comforters quickly. I was very pleased with the results.

Says they close at 9 pm, got in there at 8 and loaded my stuff into the washer and there is not a single sign on this damn place that said the machines stop at 7:30. So wasted my detergent and my time.

I was 8 minutes past 730, they guy watched me put my money into the machine and when I went to do my laundry tells me I can't past 730, then tells me he can't give me my money back. He was very rude. No customer service skills.

Good equipment, watch out for the,hidden charge of $1. They force you to purchase their card. When did we penalize cash?

I was so pleased with my washing today and the spin cycle was top notch I was done 1 and half hours thanks for good service.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious layout. Helpful. The machines are clean in and out. As a Tacoma resident, it's nice to see such a well kept environment that's useful as well. The vending machines are nice too. 😊 …

I like this place, a lot. I like not needing quarters. The pay card is super easy and convenient. The staff I have dealt with were very nice and helpful. The dryers usually take about 24 minutes (65¢ for 8 minutes) to get all my stuff dry even with my heavy sweatshirts. The biggest washer which is like a 10 load capacity is like $13. The machines at my place are $2 a load. I like not having to spend all day doing laundry. Wouldn't mind if it was open a little earlier but that is just my schedule.

I would love to give this place a bad review just so it doesn’t become busy, but I can’t!! This is the best and cleanest laundry room I have been to in a long time! Keep up the good work.
