My wardrobe consists mostly of clothes that can be washed at home, so my visits to dry cleaners are infrequent. However, when I made my way back to Ricks, everything was so simple!m and automated! And they sent a gentle reminder to pick up my items, but when I said I was out of town, they replied personally to let me know they’d hold my items. Process was friendly and professional, and I highly recommend Rick’s!
I brought my white clothes with some dirt on it and the same dirt Was on it at the pick-up. It was just like they iron my clothes and put it in a plastic bag. This one need a complete refund.
I had our suits dry cleaned for our upcoming wedding. The shirts were still wrinkled. And they messed up the crease on the blue pants. I will need to iron them out. I won’t be back.
I use Rick’s cleaners for all my dry cleaning & laundry needs. They do a great job in a very timely manner. I would recommend giving them your business you won’t be disappointed My comforters come back like brand new!
First time the stain appear, they said they cannot guarantee to get rid of all stains (honestly I don’t even remember that stain being there) Then, they offered redo, which said to take two days, but after two days I found out it would take longer for redo, instead of shorter ( you know acknowledging their under-performance during the first time, try to retain the customer …) On Friday couldn’t wait any longer, decided to take of back. This time it added a burn in the collar. The manager at the 51st store blamed on the manufacturer for using certain material What the hell was that? NEVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS!! Unless this store pays for the damage they caused to my shirt, I’ll keep posting the evidence here and on Yelp. Until they fix the problem!! I have receipt, and pictures as evidence. I have the short for proof as well.
No in house dry cleaning machines. This location outsources its cleaning, driving up the cost per item. Clothes came out fine, but you are paying more than other cleaners in the area.
Staff is extremely nice, my dry cleaning was done early and at very high quality! Also, it was reasonably priced.
