Lakeside Laundromat

The place seems clean but one staff person is so rude. She slammed the door on the machine, scoffed and rudely grabbed the money from my hand when I said excuse me and asked politely if I could please get change. After washing my clothes I thought I certainly did nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. After my clothes washed I took my wet clothes and went somewhere else to dry them. I won't be back. Respect your customers they are the reason you have a job.

This place is okay. This is really the only laundromat I've used, mostly because it's close to home, and only on rare occasion that our washer/dryer breaks. The staff are kind of....snappy I guess you could say? Like the way they ask you not to keep the door open or answer the phone, they could be nicer about it. The dryers also sometimes look dirty inside, although the clothes do come out clean. It gets pretty warm in there too in the summer, even tho they have AC. My clothes are come out mostly clean tho, and that was the goal!

I wash only sheets and/or comforters here. Today I got home and was folding my belongings and there was 2 spent cigarette butts within them!! Who does this? Now I’m not only grossed out, I feel dirty ! No one smokes here. Nor would they save their butts !n their clothes!! What kind of slob does this?? Disgusting!!

Did my laundry there frequently when I lived out in foster every time I went there I got an attitude from every girl that worked there stuck up snotty an hating life mad that I ask for change hounding me to get my clothes in the dryer fast so that they can leave and you’re still open for many hours just pure ignorance. The owner was nice but That’s what happens when you hire trash bags don’t suggest it

Out of towner who likes to pack light and launder halfway through the trip. This place is perfect. It’s cleaner than any laundromat I’ve ever seen. So well maintained, it would even pass a restaurant inspection. Caring employees were ready to answer my dumb questions as soon as I walked in the door. Kudos!

The people are very nice and the facilities are clean. Sadly my last load of clothes came home stained with green. I figure it happened in one of the dryers because I washed all my clothes together in one washer and then dried my clothes, my sons clothes, and my husband's clothes separately. Only mine has the green, of course 😅 I do love being able to do so many loads of laundry at once. I will definitely check the machines I'm using more carefully from here on out.

CLEAN,friendly, helpful, new machines, this place is great. The machines are quiet, quick and efficient...it doesn't even sound like a laundromat. Even the 60 pounder on spin doesn't make a sound but my clothes came out ready to dry. Prices are good. Nice vending machine for snacks. Clean bathrooms. Air conditioning and wifi too!

Lakeside is amazing! We hired them for weekly wash and fold for our business and have nothing but good things to say. They pick up the laundry at our place and bring it back the next day and everything is always perfectly clean, organized and nicely folded. Their prices are super reasonable and everyone is pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

I wanted to give higher rating than a 2. They get a star for being clean. They also get a star for having newer machines. BUT here's where I had issues. The ratio between washers and dryers. More dryers are needed. Also, not enough room between loading dryers and folding tables. Employees have significantly more space than customers. Seems like some wasted space that can be better utilized. Felt cramped when drying. I don't fold at the laundry mat so I can't comment on that. I liked the family oriented atmosphere. Decore was nice. Staff didn't greet, that didn't matter too much to me but others may not like. Sorry for the 2 but I was honest. Go Bruins!
