Lisa and her team are consummate professionals. They have gone above and beyond to take care of our construction team needs with laundry service. Pickup/delivery, clothes are always perfect, and they are a genuine pleasure to work with. Customer service is something we don't often see anymore. This team of professionals has it in spades. Awesome group of people that clearly live by a code of superior product, honesty/integrity, fair pricing, and amazing customer service!

Great clean nice washer & dryers! Staff super nice especially Sandy! She showed us how to use their great fancy machines! We came into town to visit my sister!

Nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to. Sandy greeted us and walked me through the process. The machines look brand new! I was able to complete 3 loads in just over an hour.

We went in at 7pm, they close at 8pm. An entire hour later. We were turned away. We only needed to wash 3 items, we weren't even planning on using a dryer. Just do a quick wash. With the industrial machines they have, it wouldn't have taken more than 20 minutes. Not impressed at all.

Your on-site manager is FLIPPING AWESOME. She welcomed us and 100000000000% made sure our experience was top notch. She is so super friendly and is a huge advocate for her boss. I was there doing our linen for the Montpelier Creek KOA opening season as our water is still off until opening season. I absolutely recommend this location because they are hands on, clean, very professional. Hold on to this worker because she's the best you'll ever have. I'm so sorry I forgot her name (dark hair and she had worked at the hotel for 6+ years).

I recently visited the Laundromat in Montpelier and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The place is spotless, and cleanliness is clearly a top priority. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions or assist with the machines. I appreciated that they sanitize the machines after each use, which really gave me peace of mind. The laundromat is well-maintained, with all the equipment in good working order, and the option to pay with either card or coins is super convenient. It's clear that the laundromat goes above and beyond to provide a safe and comfortable environment for its customers. I highly recommend it!

This place was spotless! Super friendly staff and the machines were practically brand new! Next time we are in the area we will definitely use this place again.

So clean and so nice! This facility is always spotless and its staff is always so kind and welcoming. We are in the middle of a remodel and have been out of a washer and dryer for several months. This laundromat has been a lifesaver! They have extra extra large washers and dryers. They take tap card readers as well as chip and cash. They have a cash and change machine. They have soap and sheet dispensers. They have a bathroom that is always spotless. Prices are a bit high but I have been happy with my time here. *tip: if you add a quarter to the dryer once it’s started it will add 8 min to the drying time. Mine items never get dry on the first cycle and I don’t want to pay for two!

Extremely clean and all machines were in working order. Attendant always on duty. While I was there, the owner was there, very helpful and friendly.
