Suds Your Duds Laundromat

Both the laundromat and the machines are kept clean. Both the washers and dryers we used worked well. There were only a few machines that were out of order, and those were clearly labeled. But the absolute highlight of our experience was the attendant - she was extremely helpful and nice.

Clean, professional and courteous. All the machines work and they post any that isn't. Stay away from Ted's laundromat in sylva, the place is a dump.

Lori does great work. She cares for the community, and more people should support her business!

Staff left and locked up at 3:00 pm while our laundry was sitting in the washer. Totally unacceptable.

I'm a student at WCU and don't have access to a washer and dryer at my apartments. I also don't have a lot of free time to do my laundry, so I paid to have the service done for me. While it's expensive for a college student up front it has really helped me. Additionally, being so busy it's difficult to drop off at the correct time. I've never had a bad reaction or be turned away because I couldn't bring my laundry on the correct day. (The 24 hr guarantee goes away but they don't charge fines for coming on the wrong day. They only charge for the pounds over your weight limit). I'm really appreciative of this laundromat, and everyone is sweet.

We currently use Suds your Duds for uur commercial laundry service. They have been the biggest help as we expand The short-term rental laundry is perfectly folded and laundered. The staff is helpful and friendly. The best part is the laundry mat itself is spotless. Which is alot coming from a commercial cleaning business. We 10/10 recommend Suds your Duds. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our dryer recently broke and I had to make a trip to our local laundromat, Suds your Duds! I was pleasantly surprised at how amazingly clean the entire place was. As I was waiting for my clothes to finish drying I met the owners Mother who was working, Ms. Melba. She welcomed me with a smile and some kind words, a lovely lady and a wonderful place to get the clothes cleaned! Highly recommend!!!

I haven’t had to go to a laundromat, but maybe 3 or so times in about the last 10 years. I’m currently new to the Sylva area & this laundromat was listed as closest. The location was clean, staff was friendly, their dryers worked very quickly & the snack machine was full too which is always great if you have kids or just simply want a snack yourself!

I am so glad I found this laundromat! It is always clean and reasonably priced. I drive all the way from Cherokee to come here because it is ALWAYS clean, the staff is friendly and I love that I can use the big washers for my comforters and bed linens! All of the machines I attempt to use work. The local laundry where I am has rows of machines that are out of order. This place is a great place to come. I will continue to come here for items too large for my machine at home! And they have wifi!

Prices are very high, all of the washers are set to do a minimal spin cycle, then your laundry is soaking wet. Next dryer, since your clothes are so wet it takes an eternity to dry them, particularly towels, jeans, etc. We had 4 tall kitchen bags full of laundry and it took almost $30, some items we left damp and brought them home to hang up. The attendant was super nice, machine are new for the most part, clean, good customer service, larger machines are in a narrow tight area. Makes it difficult to load and remove clothes.

Nice and clean. Washers and dryers work great. They don't adjust the cost of wash based on your water temp or other wash selections.

Friendly, helpful employees. Love the large washers. My one complaint would be that there should be no smoking allowed near the doors as it's frustrating to not only breathe it in the first place but to walk fresh, clean clothes through clouds of smoke.

Friendly staff, fair prices, and usually lots of available laundry machines. My only complaint is that parking was strained before, and recently there has been construction nearby, blocking even more spots. Not a fault for the business, just a heads-up to customers.
