Laundry Smart

ughh! I've been coming here for years and years even if i live in paterson, this was my go to laundry place, friendly staff spacious and perfect until wednesday july 2nd around 4-6 i came with my spouse to do laundry. We were well aware that we had a lot of clothes which is really nobodies business, however we were accused of stealing a guys clothes. we are finally finished folding our clothes and the new employee approached us i say new because this was my first time seeing her, she went up to my spouse and said that they needed to check our clothes because there was a mistake and they have us on camera, so my spouse says ok lets go look at the camera to see what you are talking about she quickly says sir you dont have to get like that but refused to show us what she was talking about. Then the guy kept trying to look through our clothes and mentioned that we had a lot of clothes which is non of his business and we have no need to take or fold any bodies else clothes! the lady gave us no explanation about what she wanted from us or what she saw she just made assumptions. you do not treat your customers that way. I felt harassed and and everyone looked at us like thief's and they also have a huge sign that says we are not responsible for clothes left unattended but they came to accuse us about taking someone elses clothes very very disappointing and I will never be back here again !

Stopped going here 5 years ago because every dryer stops a few minutes in and says "no vacuum". Decided to come back again since the place is clean, roomy and has a nice staff while also thinking they had to fix it by now. Same issue. All 3 dryers stopped today and had to move all my clothes to another set of dryers which will prob stop too. This is on the owner for buying crap machines and not maintaining them properly. I dont post many negative reviews because every business makes mistakes but after so many complaints from many customers this issue remains. No wonder its still empty most of the week. I been here about 5 times since I started coming again and every time I either had 1 or all the dryers stop on me. Guess I have to move on again.

Never coming here again! Last Sunday May 4th, I was the last person to leave this laundromat at 9:00 pm. When I got home I noticed I had left all my black clothes in the machine and next day , Monday 5th, I called at 7:00 am to ask them to save it for me. They said they saw it and it was saved, when I went to pick it up it was totally gone, it no clothes to be found. The person that had been in charged that day said he wasn’t working that day when he knows he was because he even helped me starting a machine. Do not trust this place anymore, I’m so upset that all my black clothes is gone.

This laundry has become in one of my favorites and I do not even live nearby. The people that works there are very hardworking. I have never see any of them sitting down or with their phones. They are always moving around and ready to help; specially the peruvian lady with the glasses. She was very very nice the first time I went there. I was a little confused because I have never use a card in other laundrys but I find it very useful. Also, they offer a deal when you charge it for 20 dollars IN CASH, they give you 5 dollar extra. The prizes are regular and have a deal on Wednesday until 6 pm. The place is always clean. It gest busy sometimes, but there are enough space. They also offer delivery, pickup, and comercial laundry services. One of the things I love about this place, it is that everything is digital. They keep your information as a client so you do not have to everytime telling who you are and are very organized with that too. They care about your clothes and will even wash it twice if it is needed.

Horrible experience, place used to be kept up with but slowly declined over time. From washing machines out of service. Grime and mold stuck in the sealing rubbers of the door. Drums smell horrible. Warm/hot water options don’t work on all machines. Dryers are either out of service or wont heat up properly. To top it all off on numerous occasions my clothes have been left stained. Thought this was a material issue at first but after putting in NEW clothes with no stains come back with water/oil looking stain i am no longer returning to this laundry-mat for service. They claim one day wash and fold, that is a lie. +5 for every 20 deposit if you’re lucky but mysteriously the reload machine “malfunctions” on some days. Would give 0 stars if i could

I use the delivery service and when I say they are worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY the close smell amazing and are folded perfectly and helps because I am on bed rest I highly recommend they even hang clothes up

WORST EXPERIENCE! my first and last time here. there was an employee named Claudia and i was finishing folding and she was basically kicking me out mid way because she said she had to close exactly at the time, mind you these machines don’t dry. she threatened to called the cops because I kept finishing up my folding. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Have been coming to this laundromat over 15+ years. I drive 15 minutes just to come here. Know every employee. They are all friendly and helpful. Absolutely love it!

I live about 25 minutes away but used to live in the area 7 years ago. Always will be one of the best public laundromat I've ever been to. Also they still use coins along with the pay by card method. No one gives 5 bucks extra for spending 20 but them.

Both machines for card use are down, force to use cash. When trying to find a manual way to fill my laundry card , Gladys the person currently working there was very rude and try very little to help me and when back to her conversation with her friend in the middle of our talk very professional.

This laundry facility is in a great location with plenty of parking, clean premises, friendly service and reasonable pricing. The best feature is that you are literally in the same lot with places to grab a quick bite while you wait for your clothes to get ready. Definitely plan to return. 👍 …

Best drop off and pick up wash and fold laundry service around. Everything is washed well, smells good, and folded perfectly. Hassle free laundry done right. I e never had a problem with any of my clothing. They also offer same day as well as pick up/drop off home delivery service.

Very clean, staff on hand for help and very pleasant. AC and seating. Prices for wash was very good! Can use quarters or load a card or use a card. Like the options!

I love this laundry matt!! I was going to another laundry near my town that is open 24/7 but... customers were always fighting over the laundry carts(always packed in other words) and overall the machines at that place weren’t any good. …

The laundry has run down, damaged machines, unrepaired, dirty. I was there early in the morning and it looked dirty and I counted 10 damaged machines. Terrible. The washing machines have a dirty water drain that smells like dirty water. The machines do not wash well and are damaged.

I stopped there earlier today, to wash clothes. I was surprised, to see hardly anyone there.(around 3pm) The place itself is clean and the ladies working there are very nice and helpful. The newer machines are great! I was in and out, in no time!

If you expect a hot water wash when you select hot water don’t go here. All water going into machines was cold and the machines themselves were cold. Don’t offer hot water washes to the customer if that’s not what they are going to get.

I have been going here for years. They always gave an attendant in case someone needs help. Two of the attendants help me in and out with my laundry. Very clean place. Highly recommend this laundromat.

BEWARE OF THE DRYERS. They steal your money. If you buy a swipe card to this laundromat you most likely have to swipe 2-3 times before it even reads the card. And every time you swipe it’s subratcting 25cents. Might not seem like a lot but …
