I am so pleased with the pick up, delivery, and wash and fold service! It feels like every week is a birthday when I receive my neatly stacked and folded (or hung) family's clothing, sheets,and towels. Being able to choose my detergent and wash temp is important and good for our laundry. Any questions and I've had quick follow-up with a phone call. I'm buying a smaller washer after our kitchen/laundry is renovated because I plan to continue the service.

First time at Laundry Unlimited and I think I found my next laundry services for my large home items. Place was clean, lots of machines and atmosphere had a relaxed vibe. I had the pleasure to encounter Ms. Gabriella who exuded kindness and direction while I was there, her professionalism was appreciated. Please keep up the good work and services you all have here. Enjoyed my wash day!

Great experience! I even had an issue with the dryer after I paid and the young lady made sure I didn’t have to pay again and assisted me. I will be back.

This is a really nice Laundromat. We have not been to a Laundromat in years so we didn’t know what to expect, we had to come because we are waiting for our W/D. This place is amazing!! Very clean and customer service is Ahhhhmazing!!! If you ever need anything ask Ms. Sylvia, very friendly and always willing to help!!!❤️

First time here and the place is amazing VERY CLEAN! Greeted when we entered the doors. The young lady (Gabrielle) and young men (Nick) working today were so helpful in showing how washer and dryers work and Deron who helped carry our things to the car! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This will definitely be my spot from here on out! Big area huge washers and dryers!

Came around 8pm to wash my clothes and after they washed went to dry them. As, I was attempting to dry my clothes, the attendant aggressively and rudely stated “ I need you in here by 9 before the door close. I was taken back by her demeanor and tone. I looked at the time it was 8:30. I stated “It’s not going to take long and your approach is very rude.

Highly recommend! They are very easy to deal with and it is very convenient for my parents. They are getting older and the laundry service has made life so much easier for them. Big Thanks for the great services!

This laundromat is clean as the other reviews say however they are classist. I went in to try and just dry one load of laundry. It costed $3. Fine of course. What wasn’t fine was the fact that they only accepted either tap, quarters, or pay through the app as if everyone has at least $3 in quarters or in their bank account. At this time, I did not have anything in my bank account… like 0.00… nothing. So I thought my last $1 in quarters and the rest in dimes and the manager was rude while she told me that she couldn’t trade my dimes for quarters and that there was no other way I could pay her. I will not be going back here again and you shouldn’t either.

If you look at the website, like I did, it says you can use coins...YOU CAN*T!!!! I stopped at the bank &got cash & I had to use my debit card to wash, dry or purchase drinks or supplies!!! There"s an "out of order" sign on the change machines!!! I will NEVER come to this place again
