for over 20 years I have been a patron of the owners of Evergreen Cleaners. The work is excellent the service is professional - What I most like about them is that they are very accomodating. I have come in last minute needing something cleaned or pressed because I am traveling and they go above and beyond to get it done! In terms of businesses they are are a Jewel in the crown.

Excellent cleaners! Wonderful people and high quality work. Alterations are also great. My husband and I have been coming here for about 2.5 years and will continue to do so.

I am officially revising my previous Yelp Review provided below, which as stated, was not a review, but rather a means of conveying a message to the owners that I was wanted pricing for some alterations and needed an email address to send over a detailed scope of work. I sent the same scope of work out to 6 different dry cleaners (suggested by Yelp) and requested pricing. The intent was to receive a proposal from each organization that provided apples-to-apples pricing, an explanation of any variation from the scope, and timing to complete the work. Out of the six, two of the Cleaners did not respond. Two others provided a flat price for the alterations, without any explanation of process, that well exceeded the cost of the items being altered. The fifth cleaner on the list, despite having a thorough written description and several very clear, annotated color photographs, refused to provide pricing unless I brought everything in to the store. Evergreen was the only Cleaners that read the scope, and provided a reasonable quote, explained their process and provided a completion date. Based on their proposal, I requested some clarifications of the process, which we then discussed over the phone. We were able to simplify the process, resulting in a cheaper price while still meeting all of my objectives. When I dropped off the alterations on 8/29/20, we agreed the work would be complete by 9/15/20. I received a call on 9/4/20 letting me know the job was complete and ready to be picked up. So, to recap, Evergreen understood the scope of work and was able to deliver a professional finished product that was within budget, ahead of schedule, and exceeded the customer's expectations.
