Our Best Laundry

Dory and Raven were the very best! they made doing laundry a seamless process and met us at our car to help us! very clean throughout the entire location and safety is a priority to them! will definitely be coming back. thank you for the hospitality

Gina was exceptionally helpful in not only explaining the process. I wouldn't go anywhere else this is the place for washing you get a piece of mind you can make an account scan and pay with the app and if the wifi is down don't worry there's a machine for everything you need.

5 stars all around! Nice size laundry mat. Not busy at all. We had six loads and were able to get them all in at once. Doreen was especially helpful and friendly. She helped us bring everything in from our car and taught us exactly how to use the machines. They also have a really nice kids area for the little ones. We drove a bit but it was well worth it.

This was my first time but Gina was simply amazing, she walked me through all the processes from picking the machines to downloading the app and drying. She has such a great wonderful personality, kept the areas clean and immaculate. I'll definitely be back and tell all my friends about this place.

This laundromat is very neat. The machines take dollar coins, which I've never seen before. Michelle, one of the ladies that work here, is great! She helped me figure out how the everything works since it was my first time coming here. They have a play area for the kids, vending machines, and plenty of places to sit. It was very clean. I'll definitely come back again.

Best laundry experience I’ve ever had. This was my first time coming to this particular location. As soon as I walked in the door, the lady on staff was very enthusiastic to help me. The kids room is an excellent bonus! They do it right here!!!

Great place to do laundry…when the right staff are there. Horrible environment when “Barb” is there. She doesn’t clean the washers and dryers- we’ve found multiple cigarette butts, clothing items, and napkins in washers thanks to them not being cleaned out. She’s constantly rude to costumers, sits and watches tv for the majority of her time, never has professional attire. Staff members are what make the environment- I’ve been to this laundromat many times the regular staff are very sweet, welcoming, and take amazing care of the store making sure everything is clean and ready to use.

My dryer is on the out, so I am at the mercy of the laundromat. After going through reviews of the local places, I found Our Best Laundry. I decided that their reviews were top-tier so I decided to give it a go. And I am SO glad that I did. As you walk in, you can tell that this place is taken care of. The attendant is continuously walking around cleaning up, helping, and all with a smile. Their super efficient dryers make drying my clothes a snap. I don't even have enough time to get through my book before the app is telling me my drying time is almost up. There is always plenty of space for me to fold before leaving and they always have plenty of the rolling carts available to transport to a folding table or out to your car. It is rare that people actually enjoy doing laundry, and even more so when you have to take your items out of the house, and to a laundromat. But let me tell yah, I might not get my dryer fixed after all. I went from laundry being an all day endeavor, to being done in an hour or less. I have now been to this location probably 5 or 6 times, and every time is such a pleasant experience.

This place is a 10 out of 10. Super clean, and not too expensive and the customer service! Incredible! I went on a Sunday morning and I can't remember the attendance name. I wanna say Ranae but I believe her name stared with a R. Anyway she has the best customer service I've seen the state of GA since i've moved out here!

This laundromat is extremely clean, washing machines and dryers is top tier. Being that this was my first time at this laundromat the Attendant Keisha, she was very pleasant and very helpful. Will be back.
