I’ve been using this laundry service for a while, and they never disappoint! Clothes always come back fresh, neatly folded, and smelling amazing. I had a very disappointing experience at this laundromat. I dropped off two bags of laundry, but when I came to pick them up, they only returned one and insisted that’s all I had brought. After going back and forth, they eventually “found” the second bag — but the way it was handled was completely unprofessional. No apology, no accountability, and it felt like they were trying to cover up their mistake by making it seem like I was the one confused. I’ve been a customer before, but this made me lose all trust. If you value your belongings and peace of mind, be careful with drop-offs here.

This has to be one of the coolest laundromats. I think I’ve ever experienced as soon as you place your clothes To start watching you immediately get a drying credit and I think it’s one of the most efficient ways to do laundry. Came to the laundry mat on 08/5/2023. Staff was very unprofessional. Lint buildup in dryers and she refused to clean them. Towels were not dried properly and she says she only clean them by before she leaves. This was 8:06 in the evening.
