Building itself was clean. All large washers were full of hair and other crusty stuff looked like someone washed dirty kennel bedding. Could wash my insulated coveralls did wash a load of t shirts driers work very well. Ok to edit my review I'm here now the 27th of January I don't know who cleaned the washers and dryers but they look amazing. This is one of the nicer laundromat I've used.

Convenient location to get your laundry done. Not usially crowded, drop off service is available. Edit: the owner(s) have put a lot of work into this place bringing it up to where it is now. Nice to see a business owner putting in the work to improve there business. I hope this.place makes them wealthy; it is a big help to the community.

I absolutely love this place. Getting a new washing machine is just not in my budget right now because I want to save up and actually buy a brand new one for once in my life---instead of always getting second hand. With that being said---I was pretty bummed out watching my laundry pile up since I live in Fordland, MO and dont have the resources that most people would have living in a city like Springfield. Prior to living here, I was in New Orleans and if something like this happened to me there I could easily walk over to a friends house, or drive over to my son's house in Jefferson Parish to wash clothes, hang out a visit, maybe watch a movie and order some food, and just make a day out of it. NOPE----not here. I would need to load everything and then drive all the way into Springfield to a friends house there and I would just feel like I was barging. I googled laundromats closest to me and planned on going to Marshfield to knock out the three baskets of laundry and just be done with it. When I went to pull up the location---horrible reviews caught my attention and there were even pictures of customers trying to do laundry with water on the floor because "something was backing up, there was no attendant there, no contact number in case of emergency, coin machine not working, bathrooms out of order, machines taking coins and not working or running and not actually drying the clothes. I was like.....OH GREAT this will definitely be an interesting morning. I went back into my search results and saw SUDSY DUDS on the list and noticed that it was closer to my place, the reviews were stellar, lots of compliments from patrons, AND more than one review mentioned that this place was very affordable, safe, clean, and had never had any issues or complaints since she started going there. DONE.....lets load up and head there. I got there at 9am on a Sunday expecting the place to be packed like Washa-terias were back home in Louisiana but not the case. I was able to wash and dry all of my clothes for $20. (that broke down to me using the industrial sized washers on the end (4 machines total AND three dryers within two hours and that includes my folding time after the dryer and smoke breaks outside. The people that came in to wash all seemed to know each other and were very friendly to me as well. A group of ladies were sitting around one of the tables, chatting, sharing stories and enjoying the day as I was wrapping up. It was nice to see such a relaxed environment, with clean bathrooms, and even vending machines that worked. Contact numbers for the owners posted everywhere so if there was an issue a customer would have no issue reporting a problem. I even noticed this place offered a drop off laundry system as well if someone didn't have time to wait and just wanted to turn their stuff over for a reasonable price. That was super cool. There is also a cool trendy coffee shop open 6 days a week across the street. I will definitely continue to come here! My only suggestion would be to put something attention grabbing in the windows or maybe a sidewalk sign because I drove past the place twice with the GPS sending me back around a couple of times as well. Maybe mention on your social media pages or google maps that it is ACROSS the street from the COFFEE SHOP. So that would be my only suggestion. But putting that aside---it did not affect my decision to come back on my next day off from work. THANK YOU OWNERS OF SUDSY DUDS and SEYMOUR PEEPS, see ya next time!

It's clean! The prices are not too bad. 5 loads of laundry can be washed and dried for $20. There are vending machines! It's well heated.
