Annette and her staff were very helpful, the Laundromat was clean with a comfortable atmosphere. She even helped me with a little laundry soap and dryer sheets. Landry Lounge is one of the best in the Springs

This is the best out of the four laundries I’ve been to in Colorado Springs. The machines are super clean, six years new. More than enough genuinely friendly staff - community/family feel. Only $5 to wash and dry one double load. Not too busy. More than enough machines. This is comparable to the brand new high tech Speed Queen Princess Laundry in Lincoln, NE - but you don’t need a smartphone to do your laundry :)

We used to come to this laundromat all the time and the past two times that I've come when they first opened the kid who works there always is late like 10 to 15 minutes late to open the doors. You'll have a line standing outside to get in it's ridiculous. The staff that worked there one to two years ago was so much better. I don't even bother going to this location anymore things are not opened on time, things are not clean like they used to be. I don't understand the time management issue why is the staff showing up at the same time that The business opens?

I absolutely adore the employees here. From pick up and delivery service to the wash and fold service they have been the absolute best. Customer service is always excellent and my clothes always come back perfect. It’s affordable and the turn around time has been wonderful. Thank you guys for being a blessing to me. The manager is rude. Apparently I'm not the only one who has had an issue with her by reading the other reviews. I actually used to think she was nice because she complimented me on my hair one day, but today must have been her other personality. I don't need to go into detail the whole staff heard what she did.

(5/14/2025 - 3pm-4pm) First, the prices are ridiculous. The "$1 Wednesdays" are only for their smallest washers that barely fit a couple of pairs of clothes. The large ones charge $9 per load, assuming you run your clothes on cold, if you want hot water, it's another $1 per load. And the dryers only give 5 minutes per quarter, so it's $3 for an hour, per load. Now, for the main reason for this review: If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The (what I would assume) manager at this location is extremely rude, condescending, and unempathetic. I totally understand that they are not responsible/liable for customers' belongings, and I wasn't asking them to be. However, they have signs posted that if laundry is left longer than 20 minutes, THEY will remove it from the washers and dryers. My partner was suddenly in excruciating pain, almost to the point of passing out, as well as throwing up in the parking lot, so we had to leave for the ER, but our laundry was still in the dryer with about 10 minutes left. I approached the desk, and all I was going to ask was for them to throw the clothes in the baskets so that we weren't blocking other customers from using the machines. That's it. But before I could even explain the situation she cut me off with a condescending and dismissive tone saying "We don't do that here" and so I paused and said "Okay" and she repeated saying "We don't do that here" 2 or 3 times talking over me just saying "Ok," I wasn't arguing or being combative but she was still just as condescending and rude. Really unfortunate that she doesn't possess the ability to be respectful enough at the bare minimum to allow me to finish talking because this was our first visit to this laundromat, but we will definitely not be returning. To the manager: Do better. There's no need to treat your customers (and your employees, btw) with such a condescending and dismissive attitude. At the bare minimum, learn some basic manners and don't interrupt/talk over someone.

This place is so nice! Very clean, friendly staff greeted me as soon as I walked in & offered assistance if needed, very professional & friendly compared to other places. Everything is brand new & areas were extremely clean, lots of room, very good lighting, also has a garage door they keep open with a very nice lounging area with tons of seating. It is also equipped with stocked up vending machines, a few arcade games, & ATM. This is by far the nicest, friendliest, cleanest, stylist laundry mat I've ever been to, & I will definitely be coming back! The big washers are a bit expensive ($8-$8.50) but I guess I could understand the prices due to the atmosphere & new machines & they also offer dry cleaning, drop off's & $1 wash Wednesday's which is awesome, so next time I do a wash I'll be coming on a Wednesday! Keep it up because y'all are doing & looking GREAT!

Their wash and fold service is incredible. I had a ton of kids’ clothes that were hand-me-downs and needed washed before I stored them away, but it kept falling to the bottom of my to-do list. They picked everything up and returned it all a few days later folded, sorted by size, and labeled. This tired mama could cry from gratitude. Thank you!!! ❤️
