My laundromat closed down and I was looking for another place that was both clean and felt like a safe area (hard to find around here). Someone recommended me here and this is the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to. Super clean, very safe, and the attendant is so friendly and kind! Will definitely be back!

One of the workers overcharged me for 2 graduation robes, and I've been trying to get ahold of the supervisors, and I call the corporate number but so far, no one has reached out to me. I will never use them again. They are crooks.

If you go to wash a load of clothes, be prepared to spend at least $20 a load to wash and dry. most expensive dry cleaning/laundromat I have ever experienced. I spent $45 in there just to wash a comforter and one load of whites. Also, they are very very stingy with water. when I took one of my pillowcases out. I tested it at home, put it in the sink and squeezed out all the soap that was still left in it after it had been “rinsed”. Check it out for yourself. look into the washer window and see how much water is in there. Certainly not enough to rinse.

It is a little pricey for 2024 but I would have to say I would be willing to pay a little extra to have a person there who does there job and the place was really clean!!! The attendant was very polite and kept up with the place I will continue to wash my clothes in a clean more expensive facility to keep the riff raft out! It's hard to do these days and I'm a single dad who has a son who comes and helps me out so last thing I need him is asking me why the lady is falling asleep folding her laundry standing up! Lol 😆 not a site for a child that is all folks use this place with respect to others and they will do the same!!

I've been a loyal customer for years. Their service is top-notch, and my clothes always look pristine. The staff is friendly and professional. However, I recently noticed a price increase, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, their quality remains excellent.

I was very surprise that they do not have some sort of small ramp to get into the laundromat. I’m surprised no one has fallen yet. I had a hard time getting in and out with my rolling basket or any basket for that matter also, the dryers do not heat up unless you put three dollars worth in, that’s what the lady told me after I already used up a bunch of my quarters very disappointed. I’m a long time come on step it up get a ramp.

The owner was extremely mean to me. I asked for change to do one my laundry, and she said a loud NO... go ask other place next door, pointing 👉 me at the gas station. Then I drove to ATM and came back with a smaller bill she was still open. I asked again with a $10, and she said that if I go to another laundromat, then don't go to her place...I believe she was about to push me out of her place. I was nice and respectful all the time. She was not. I suggest that a customer service representative class will help her treat people that, in fact are locals. I support the local businesses.
