Don't use washers 21 and 22. I used these machines a few months back and good thing I waited to watch them. Neither filled with water and I had to request a refund, but still had to wait 23 minutes before I could start my wash in a different machine. Today, I was left with no choice but to use the same washers again. And surprise! No water, if you watch the display you'll eventually see an error code F2 on the display. It basically says water flow obstruction. (GOOGLE it). Today I had to argue to get my refund and again wait for the machines to stop so I can start all over. What kills me most is they don't put signage up saying the machines are not functioning properly. So if you use this location try to use the machines in the middle row and wait & watch to ensure your machine fills up.

I used washers 21 and 22 last month and they did not fill with water. I reported it to the attendant and she returned the money I had used. I still had to wait for the washers to finish the cycle (25 minutes) and then load them into different machines and wait ANOTHER 25 minutes for the wash cycle. The attendant never put an "out of service" sign on the machines. I told her there was an F2 code flashing on the displays and I was ignored. I went to do my laundry today and the same thing happened and again, they put no signs up, so this tells me the machines were never serviced. ( I only used the same machines because they were the only 2 available, against my better judgement). Here I am wai5ing for my laundry to finish another wash cycle. I am looking for another laundromat because I am tired of wasting my time and money at a place that does not listen to customers or service their machines.

I came into town for an event and needed a dress steamed and returned same day. There was nothing to transport the dress for steaming, so I left my garment bag and hanger with the gown, which was temporarily misplaced. I am so impressed with Katie and her team. They did a lovely job with the gown, and they were able to recover the garment bag and hanger before I had to leave for the event.

AVOID THE CENTRAL AVE DOVER NH LOCATION: I have been going to this Cleaners since 2014 for my button up work shirts (spent $90.00 on average once per month). I recently brought in an arcteryx ski jacket to be cleaned and it was damaged. The manager asked how much the jacket cost ($600.00) and I received NO compensation. I guess if they damage expensive items you are out of luck. HORRIBLE customer service. Will NEVER go to this location ever again. This location has also lost items and recently all of my button up shirts come back with damaged/stain tags on them. I feel extremely taken advantage of by this location and manager.

I have never had any issues here. It's clean and convenient. But twice I put money in and didn't get my time. I paid for 20 min and got 18 on one and added 16 min to 4min I already had and ended up with 9 min. It's expensive enough to do laundry out. Hard to pay for what you don't get.

My washer died and the replacement didn’t arrive in time, so it was off to the washermat. It’s been a hot minute since I last visited. Wow x 3. The machines are huge! I got all 7 loads done in just over 1 hour (took me longer to drive there and back)! It cost me $60!

Clean, quiet and fairly priced. Will absolutely recommend to my friends and family for reasonably priced laundry day.

Easy access. Plenty of parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Often offer 20% discount. When asked, staff said their fabric treatment waste is disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner. As everywhere else these days for this type of service, prizes are too high for most average families to use them on a frequent/regular basis.

I am a regular at this laundromat and I am very scrutinizing when it comes to these places. I always see them cleaning equipment and the washers never catch that mildew uncleaned smell so upkeep on those has to be ongoing. And any issue I have had here whether it be forgetting my clothes or losing my phone or the machine eating my money, the people here just put your mind at ease and make quick work out of fixing the issue. They do a solid job here. The only thing that might be the only down fall is the price.

I typically go to Broadway but today came here because it was snowy and this one was closer to my house. I am shocked by all the negative reviews. The dryers and washers cost way less here than at braodway. Over there it cost $9 for the same washer that costs $5 here. The dryers are 25c here while 35c at broadway. Definitely coming her from now on. Friendly staff, clean environment.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I’m not sure why so many complaints on one particular employee. She went above and beyond for me and helped me with a massive wash and fold order. Even helped me out to my car. Everything was folded and sorted perfectly. Definitely using these services again. Thank you so much!

Clean, pleasant location and the staff are amazing! There was a huge power failure in that section of town and my clothes were only half dry. The staff actually drove me to the other location and paid to finish drying my clothes! Excellent customer service.

$3 to wash alone!? 4 mins per QUARTER for dryer. Complete rip off. Plus I brought a shirt here once to get an adjustment made. They took the shirt and told me they would call me when it was done. After 2 weeks with no word I called them and …

Much better after recent renovation, also if you are drying a lot of clothes they have a 25# giant of a dryer that's 5$ for 40mins or 2.50$ for 20mins but I can't see 20 mins as enough time to properly dry a load that big.

I dropped off 6 items of clothing for stain removal, dry cleaning and alterations- they were so nice and helpful, and im thrilled with the alterations (I wasn't ready to give up my favorite jeans lol) I would absolutely come here again!

Excellent customer service and facility!! I have never had an issue and ALWAYS greeted with a smile. I drop off my down comforters for dry cleaning and use the laundry mat to wash my larger items.
