Best Cleaners

It was only my first time using Best Cleaners to shorten a dress I had purchased. I was pleased with the job and the girl at the counter was very pleasant. I haven't tried on the dress yet, but I'm sure the length will be fine. I showed and pinned how much I wanted it taken up. I was told it would take a month but had it back within the week. I was notified by a text that it was ready, which was nice. Thank you.

Best Cleaners has been our dry cleaner since before COVID. We have always loved their service and responsiveness! Today was no exception. The staff was excellent, to the point of even remembering my name and order! I love this kind of service! Thank you

Everyone that works here is super nice!! I also had no clue how fast their turnaround time is as it only took two days to get my Air Force dress uniform back. It looked phenomenal after being dry cleaned and pressed!

Service was excellent and quick. My suit was ready next day and looks perfect. I particularly like being alerted when my items are ready so I don't forget to go in and pick them up.

I went to Best Cleaners this time to get my winter blankets cleaned. There was a 20% off coupon that I easily put on my account. The girl at the counter was extremely friendly and welcoming answering all my questions. She told me they would be back in a week! SURPRISE! They were back the next day! Very happy and really like that they have coupons on a pretty regular basis.

Restored 1970s leather jacket purchased at thrift store. Leather looks brand new and Sherpa lining greatly improved. Friendly, accommodating staff (I lost my receipt). Costly but worth it. Lives up to its name “Best” cleaners

Great service. Friendly, polite and respectful. I return two months later and the young lady remembered the conversation we had about my son getting married. That attention to her customers is what will keep us referring and coming back.

I have a weighted 30lb blanket and they got it cleaned up perfectly for me very quickly at a price that I was more than willing to pay. Highly recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dropped my wedding dress off in October and they didn’t let me view it again until January was still covered in dirt, sent it back didn’t hear from them again until APRIL -after multiple attempts of contact from me. They had preserved my dress without me even seeing it again when I was supposed to. Spoke to a manager she told me 2 weeks max, didn’t hear back from them until June when I reached out again said one week, guess what, it’s now end of July and I’m just now seeing it before it’s supposed to get preserved. They have terrible communication and horrendous customer service. I could go on and on and I never leave reviews. Learn from me and AVOID THIS PLACE!!

The dry cleaning is timely and good. I’ve had several stain-removal orders that were processed, but upon pick up, I find that they were cleaned without an attempt for stain removal. They do a good job after the fact, but I would prefer not needing to make the extra trip.
