Horrible service. Ruined a new jacket, never used, we needed for a film shoot and blamed us for a tear! It was brand new and we just needed it pressed and dry cleaned. I've never seen a worker blame the customer until now 👎 …

Dennisia is great! She always greets me with a big smile and is attentive to detail. I had a couple problems with my order but she went out of her way to make sure that the problem was resolved. I was considering trying another cleaners, but I will continue using pilgrims because of her! Great customer service.

I brought in 6 items, 2 of which needed to be repaired. They never contacted me; I only got updates if I called them. The first time I called, they said everything was ready, so I picked them up, paid, and promptly had to return 2 items since the repairs were not actually done. I called again today and was informed that I would have to pay an additional $50 to pick up my items. They finally agreed to waive the mystery fees, and I picked them up. The repairs on one of the pants were so poorly done that I will now have to go find another tailor to try and salvage my favorite suit pants. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Was in a hurry so I dropped a few item off because pilgrim is so close to my home, when I picked them up and they told me the price I about died. Shirts were almost $10 a piece! Over twice as much as the cleaner I normally go to in Hopkins. I will never cheat on CD Cleaners again it’s worth the drive for their pricing and customer service and they have Starbucks coffee for me!

If i could put 0 stars i would. 1st time going there my 800 dollar hoodie comes back with a huge blue stain on it and they dont even offer a refund. 2nd time going there i decide to give them another chance i drop my shirt off on Saturday and im told itll be ready monday amd i go in on monday and im told they havent even cleaned it yet. At this point all i want is a refund because not only were they late but customer service is horrible. Of course they refuse to refund me, stay away from here.

Took my dry cleaning here for just under a year and it always came back clean and on time. However, the customer service at this location is poor. I asked 4 separate times with 4 different employees to change my shirts from being boxed to hung and every time I picked them up, they would still be boxed. If they couldn't get the details right, I wasn't willing to continue coming here and found a different cleaner.

This Pilgrim Cleaners in St. Louis Park has been our go-to drycleaners for years. I trust that whatever I bring to them will come back looking great. And we've used the tailor there as well for dropped hems or quick fixes on clothes. Friendly staff is always happy to help!

Generally they do a good job. Took my Dolce & Gabbana suit before my wedding and it wasn't perfect. For an expensive suit, I won't take it there again.
