I’ve been going here religiously for 4 years to get my clothing and household items dry cleaned. Amy is absolutely amazing! She is so friendly and provides the best customer service. I've been using these guys for 6 years. I've never had a single issue or mistake. Always on time and the folks that work there are very friendly. It's refreshing to see people who take customer service seriously. I like every single person I've met there and they seem to have very low turnover which is cool to see as well.

I've been using this Pilgrim for four years. Very good service. I drop off a bag every week, and pick up my cleaning from the week prior. I have had no issues with my clothes, nor with their services, including the occasional sewing/tailor maintenance that I've requested. Good personalities to boot!

I've gotten a few things dry cleaned here, but I finally caved and had my white comforter cleaned. It looks brand new and they were able to get all my stains out! Roughly $45 for the comforter. I recently tried the delivery service and they picked up my comforter easily(On Thursday) and dropped if off during weekly scheduled hours (on Monday)!

Their prices are up 200+% in last 4 years and yet their level of care and quality of service are declining rapidly. I need to find a new place after 20+ years.

i had my pants fixed (broke button and zipper) getting them fixed cost more than what i paid for the pants. I brought them to get fixed to save money not waste more. When I got them back they were shrunk so small they barley went on and they are "floods" so now i have to go buy new pants anyways... made an account just to write this review not happy!

Horrible tailoring service. I paid $75 bucks to have 4 pieces worked on and I was disappointed by 3 of them. Of course, what can you expect when the customer service is horrendous, and there is no fitting room for them to actually fit the clothes properly. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
