Prices are getting to be outrageous but they do a good job! I have my nice shirts done there and don’t wear often so worth it!

This was my 2nd time using Klinke . The first time I brought in a baptismal gown and mentioned there was a small stain. When I went to pick up the stain was still there. They didn’t know the stain was even there so they asked if they could try again. Went a 2nd time same situation. Finally on the 3rd time coming back they were able to get it cleaned. The 2nd time I dropped off 2 winter coats. I picked up and took home. There was no mention that they attempted to get out the stains on both and had failed, but there was a piece of paper attached saying that they could try again, I was already home. Neither coat look like it had been dry cleaned. 🤦🏻‍♀️ So frustrating!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff....especially Barb. Items are always completed on time or before. I have never had an issue with lost items or things coming back in a condition that is not acceptable. I wish it was a little bit less expensive to get large blankets cleaned but overall - much, much more convenient than having to visit the local Laundromat for those items! Drive through service is an added benefit!

I LOVE this location! About a year ago, I was in a tough situation. My son needed his pants and shirt done for prom, which I found the night before at a second hand store. As a mother you want your child's first prom to be perfect. I called 4 other locations closer to my home and they said they couldn't help me. I called Fitchburg location and the manager was very genuine, helpful and sweet! She went above any expectations I had for this company! I have been a true customer to this location ever since that day! She and her staff truly cares about the "customer" and wants to make them happy! I hope by doing this review other locations will learn from her. My deepest gratitude to the Fitchburg location! YOU are truly the "BEST" :) Rhonda

I have been using this location for well over 8 years now. Barb and her staff are always professional and friendly. They always use my name and remember to thank me. I can not say the same for a lot of businesses. I have never had an order that wasn't completed to my satisfaction. They even remember no creases on my pants:)

I have been a customer of Klinke's for the past 25 years. I recently moved and started using the facility on Cahill Road. The customer experience for me has been outstanding. I am always greeted warmly by the entire staff. The manager Barb is professional, positive, engaging. I appreciate the work they do on my behalf and I appreciate being treated like a valued customer

Excellent customer service, especially Barb (I believe she's the manager). I bet she's a great mentor to the many young people who work there. I'll never forget my first experience there. I had a terrible stain on my new favorite skirt and she reassured me she would do her very best -- and she did!

Dropped off shirt for laundering and a two-piece suit on 06/05/2023 at 1:43 PM. I was met by THE most unfriendly woman I have ever encountered in customer service. I felt horrible for inconveniencing her with my business. If I had a few more days, I would have found a site for Lake Mills Cleaners, which I will do in the future. I walked in friendly, with a "helloooo," and walked out with a scowl on my face. Terrible experience.

I called with a rather urgent situation, and Robin helped me immensely!! She was professional, kind and so very helpful, while other cleaners today were not helpful, or, unavailable to answer the phone. This location will be my new "go to" for dry cleaning needs! PS - I will be driving out of my way to get there, but Robin made my "emergency" her concern and helped me out!! What a great customer service person this location has!!

Pretty much the only game in town when it comes to dry cleaning my suits and laundering my shirts. They conveniently provide laundry bags and 24 hour drop-off slots, and are always on time with pick-up. I like that they've embraced technology, unlike many service providers in lower margin industries. I can review my account and order details, receive email alerts when my laundry is ready, and print off the monthly coupons online. On the rare occasion a shirt or suit did not turn out well, they immediately took it back to fix the problem. Fast, efficient, friendly and competent, I could not ask for more.
