Clean Getaway Laundry - A Southern Suds Company

My daughter's apartment flooded last night so we came to Clean Getaway to wash & dry her clothes! Super clean facility, nice industrial sized machines and reasonable prices! We were done in no time! They even offer a drop off service where they will wash, dry & fold for you!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my honest experience. The service I received didn’t reflect the professionalism I expected, and my concerns were never addressed. What stood out even more is that my first review written respectfully somehow disappeared. It’s frustrating when feedback is ignored instead of used to improve. I hope this one stays up long enough for others to make an informed decision.

What a nice laundromat! We have been to our fair share on our travels through the states and this has been the nicest one so far…. Machines are in working order and some are HUGE! I love that what would normally be 6 different loads for me fit into 2 of the larger (not largest) machines. One load for darks and one for lights. I wish more were like this one here. Plenary of seats and folding tables available. You can even wash your car while you wait for your laundry to finish.

Our washer went out and we needed to be able to get our laundry done for our kids. And let me say I love this laundry mat and it’s one of the better ones I’ve seen. However, I’ve been here three times over three weeks and the bathroom doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned at all. It smells terrible! Toilet paper and paper towels aren’t kept stocked up. So I give it a three because I feel like for the prices to use the machines the bathroom should be kept in magnificent shape! Absolutely NOT for a lady!!!

well this review is about the car wash only. i got hosed on my $3 in bills and got 2.75 plus a dime of all things unless somehow i'm mistaken and it was someone else's but i don't think so. the machine was otherwise fine. it didn't have any sort of noise alarm to let you know you're close to out of time, so that's odd

Car wash- $3.00 just to start it. No warning alarm when time ran low. The soap wasn't even working. Pre soak wasn't working. Just a complete waste of money. I definitely won't go back.

I like this place. I really like it, so I continue to go every two weeks to wash my clothes. There are different price ranges, and you get to choose your best. I can bring $20 cash, and the machine gives quarters or dollar coins to wash clothes. My clothes is properly washed. It’s my first time going to a laundromat in decades, but everything works out great for me. It’s a great place.

They have jacked up all the prices on washers by a dollar. The dryers have been increased .50 and it now costs an extra dollar if you want warm or hot water. People always use like 6 machines at once there needs to be a posted limit to the amount of machines 1 person can use simultaneously. Would go elsewhere but this is statesboro and apparently the lack of competition allows people to settle for underwhelming experiences no matter where you go.
