Ben’s Cleaners truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, Vijay made me feel like a valued customer—he was warm, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I dropped off a huge bag of laundry on a Saturday evening that included three suits, several long dresses, short dresses, and blouses, and to my surprise, everything was ready by Tuesday. The turnaround was impressively quick, and not a single detail was overlooked. All of the items came back in pristine condition—fresh, clean, pressed, and neatly hung. Even the more delicate pieces looked fantastic, with no signs of wear or mishandling. You can tell they take great pride in their work and treat every garment with care. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality and quantity of items I brought in. It’s rare to find a place that combines efficiency, kindness, and professionalism all in one, but Ben’s Cleaners does exactly that. This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. Terrible service. He did not clean any of my clothes and did not alter pants that I paid for. I dropped off 13 items and was charged over $250 for my clothes. He explained to me that it was a busy season and he didn’t have time. Do not waste your time here . I attached a few pics

We had called ahead from NY asking for a rush job for a wedding we were attending. We gave our clothes on Thursday at 1pm and received our clothes the next morning at 9a. For 2 dresses, 1 vest (pressed), 1 pants, and a dress shirt (dry cleaned), he charged us a very fair price. We were shocked that the price was low and the cleaning quality was good. Very grateful for the service. Will definitely use again if in the area. Wished all dry cleaners would do next day service at a fair price.

This is the best dry cleaner in Columbia SC! Experts in wedding gown cleaning and restoration and suits. Ben is a really nice guy who has been in the dry cleaning business for almost 2 decades. He helped me get a stain out of my suit within 24 hours when other dry cleaners said it would take longer. I recommend everyone to visit this establishment!!

I make the trip from downtown Columbia to Ben’s for my dry cleaning needs. Today, I went there to have them address a stain on my Rhoback shirt. They immediately took the time to clean these stains, at no charge. This type of service is why I am their customer.
