The owner is great!! Super personable, honest, accommodating, and professional!! The establishment is very clean, the laundry is folded perfectly, and the price is very fair! Even the patrons are nice here!!

I gave my shirts for laundry at The Clean Clothes Depot in Boonton, NJ wanting them back before my upcoming trip. I called them on Monday, August 2 before bringing my clothes to find out if I were to bring them on Tuesday, Aug 3 then when would I get them back and their answer was in two days; by Thursday. So I brought my shirts to them for laundry on Tuesday, Aug 3, wanting them back by Aug 5 for my trip on Saturday, Aug 7. They took my money upfront. The receipt I received was for delivery on Friday Aug 6 instead of Thursday so I mentioned that I wanted them back on Thursday, Aug 5 and they said that should be fine even though the receipt said Friday return. To be safe, I went to pick up my shirts on Friday, Aug 6 and they tell me the shirts aren’t ready and in fact they will not be ready until next Tuesday, August 10! I was in disbelief of what I heard. I told them I need them latest by Saturday, Aug 7 for my trip otherwise it’s of no use. All they had to say was “Sorry, not possible until next Tuesday, Aug 10” so I asked them to give me my shirts back without laundry and they say they cannot do it until tomorrow since they had sent them all the way to Edison for laundry! I was obviously shocked, very upset and disappointed that not only they did not have my shirts ready but I cannot even get them back! I am never bringing my clothes to this place ever! Customer Response to Owner's Reply on August 9 - If you say you have the video of what I was told then please post it here so everyone knows that you are not telling the truth.

I've been using their wash-dry-fold service for over a year. They are friendly and very reliable, clothes are neatly folded. Ive even made special requests on how to fold certain items of clothing, and they have happily accommodated the request. I have my orders delivered, and the delivery person is very thoughtful - he rings the doorbell if its raining so the nothing gets wet. I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend! I have been using the wash & fold pick up/delivery for the past few years & nothing but good things to say. They have gone above and beyond.... even coming back when I missed my pick up time. Service is great & my personal preferences are always followed. Great price that saves me so much time.

Been a customer for over 6 years I guess. Nicole never gave an opportunity to complain. I moved from Parsippany to Powder Mill. But, did not want to try another cleaner shop. Great service Nick and team.

I highly recommend the Clean Clothes Depot! I was so behind on laundry, 122 lbs to be precise! Scott came to our house & picked everything up. He was so super nice! They washed & folded everything and delivered all of our clean clothes. The bag says, “Do your laundry in 4 minutes. 2 minutes to pick up and 2 minutes to deliver.” So accurate! At $1.25 per pound, it’s not worth doing it yourself! Give Scott a call and have it done fast and easy! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!

They are very accommodating! They offer pickup and drop off. Pricing reasonable and service consistent. I’ve been using them for 5+ years.

For over 5 years Scott has been my one and only dry cleaner and wash/dry service. He has always stayed in touch with me to make sure that his staff and services were meeting my expectations. He is the most professional and caring business owner that I have ever encountered. No other similar service company has come close to his level of excellence and professionalism. I was coming here for wash and fold services for about 2-3 months. It was the closest place in the area with decent reviews, so would drive about 15-20 minutes out of the way to utilize their drop off and pick up service. I left work early one day during the week to get here before the wash and fold area closed for the evening. They told me it would be ready by the following night which was great since I was leaving the following morning early for a trip. I was told and it was printed on my ticket that my clothes would be ready by 7:00 PM (when wash and fold "closes") the next day. I showed up at 6:40 PM willing to wait (or even help fold!) and the area was SHUT. DOWN. I asked someone doing their own laundry where the worker was and she just shrugged. I was so angry! I kept looking at the pick up ticket like I was crazy. The day I returned I picked up my laundry and have never gone back since. Luckily, a place called BYO wash opened shortly after which is cleaner, friendlier and CHEAPER. And most of all, goes precisely by their pick up tickets.

We have been using the Clean Clothes Depot for almost a year now. We are very pleased with the service. The clothes are always perfectly folded. They are always on time. Very kind, and dependable. We highly recommend them.
