WasHouse Laundry & Drop-Off Service North Fort Myers

This place went WAY down. No available attendants so no way to purchase laundry products, no AC when it's 108 out, no more AC lounge room, no more bathrooms-even the sink doesnt work, only four total laundry carts when there's like over 20 people here, and tvs are all Off, Boo. Had to sit outside in my vehicle for any type of comfort. Never coming here again. Do not recommend!

Open air laundromat. The ladies who work here are very nice and helpful, machines are clean and efficient. There is an air conditioned lounge with snacks, drinks, games, tv and massage chair. They also have a drop off laundry service available. Last load at 7:30pm

My clothes are stuck in the washer and no one it here to open it for me, and the phone number doesn’t work. It won’t open and it’s asking for more money, my clothes are soaked and it didn’t spin. Added more money and it won’t start but I’m pressing start. Went back an hour later, still locked. I left a note with my phone number, please it’s mostly my kids school clothes.

Zero stars isn't an option so I have 1..machines displayed one price and we were charged another depending on size of load which is fine if it would have been indicated somewhere ....spent over $60 charged three times on my card only to be told by attendant that it'll get refunded in a day or two with a shoulder shrug and a sashay away. We were treated like we weren't welcome by staff.... super unprofessional. we only did half our laundry and decided take our business elsewhere since we obviously our business isn't needed or wanted

Very clean & fast washers & dryers. The bill changer wasn't working though. Vending machines in an enclosed AC-cooled area w/public bathroom.

The woman working here was kind and the place is clean, but for 25¢ the dryer only gives you four minutes!!? That’s such a terrible value it feels like a scam. No thanks

With little to no parking except for the back parking lot of building, which is hard to get to for any vehicle larger than a Geo metro from 1991 you forced to carry your laundry from across the parking lot next-door across a busy roadway that’s why I give this a four out of five stars because it was very clean inside all the machines appeared to be working. The vending machine prices were actually reasonable, and there was a general ambience of detergent pleasantly Roman to the census.

Best place I’ve ever been! It’s not the Ritziest place I’ve been, but it has always been clean and well maintained. The staff is onsite for me and has an air conditioned room for children and adults. Open air facility with vending machines and takes debit cards and credit cards too! Convenient for me as I don’t deal with cash at all.👍🐾 …

Wash clothes today the place was very impressive Plenty of machines but the best part of the place was the help I received from Katie She helps and is to the point very friendly I will definitely be back

PlCe is not bad. Prices are reasonable. The youngest of the attendants could do more cleaning. She sweep the floor half way, dust on dryer doors, soap on machines. Last time I seen her in there, her boyfriend did the opening and for an hour/half tossed the broom around. Place was a mess
