Granny’s Laundromat & Grannys Express Drop Off Service

Went to this laundromat because I wanted to use the big machine to wash my carpet, came inn, asked for change and put in to wash my washable carpet came dirty and wanted to do a second time wash and rude lady the works with whole family came I couldn’t I ask for my money back since I was almost finish putting coins she was talking to much and disrespecting I put the carpet in the car was taking it out and she said I couldn’t but carpet wet and heavy common sense was bringing the car back so she pull from me and her daughter trow it against my 6 years old son. She started fighting and fought back, all her family stared hitting me .You can watch the camera footage so know what happen they took videos too and were laughing . ugly and rude attitude from those people that feels can tread bad customers like that. I see you have good feedback backs but not this time. Make sure you post what are you allow to do and what you can’t or check customers washable item before they enter.

I use Granny's drop off service to have my laundry done each week. The staff here is friendly and their prices are very reasonable. For $30ish a week all my laundry gets done and I'm not spending hours doing it. And let's not kid around, there's no way I would fold it nearly as neat (or at all)

What a fantastic laundromat. So clean beyond my expectations. You can literally eat off the floor in this establishment. Very friendly and accommodating. My washer went out this morning and I needed to do a rinse. Had not been to a laundromat in over 11 years. Lord have mercy it is EXPENSIVE!!

Very clean place. They have drinks and snacks plus all the laundry supplies you might need. The also do Wash and Fold which is nice if you don't have the time to do them yourself.

Great price on wash and fold, and lots of new washers for self-service customers! Also, I think the owners just lowered prices on a lot of the washers. Clean place with helpful, pleasant attendants who are fluent in Spanish. Update: they have some nice new dryers now too!

You tell alot about place by the way they treat the employees....top notch. I witnessed on several occasions during the hour I was there just out right kindness and appreciation. I was treated in the same manor. Place is clean and maintained. Washed and dried my clothes as I needed it to. Thanks

Great fast service easy to get in and out. The drop off service is awesome and affordable and Miss Miriam would definitely take care of you. This is a great facility to clean your laundry. It’s clean. The washers and dryers were recently updated. The staff working here are awesome. I want to thank Mr. Frederico, Ms. Miriam, and Alexandria for always being kind-hearted and helping me clean and fold my linen.
