Moved in few months ago near in the Orlando area, visited few Laundromats before trying to find The One, came across with this one, and let me tell you I just Loved it, very CLEAN, NICE, PEACEFUL & Well Maintained place, for me 10/10 👌🏻 …

I asked to have 2 dresses hung on hangers wet. When I got there they were dried and put in a bag. Both dresses are ruined. And no one that works there can give me a phone number of the owner. I also had my laundry in a laundry bag (black mesh). Didn’t get that back either.8/18 I went to get my black mesh bag thankfully it was there. Angelica was very understanding and apologized. She is not the one that did my clothes. A new employee did them. I am satisfied with the way Angelica resolved the issue

Great clean place with great staff and customer service especially Angie she is great and very helpful we were greated with a nice welcome as soon as we walked in through the door and she helped and explained everything to us.. One of the best laundromat I have been to here in kissimmee... Angie is very kind and helpful she definitely deserves to be recognized

The facility is a very clean environment. The machines are more modern & work efficiently well, the Dryers too. Ms Wanda & Ms Walesca are very kind & attentive. Had a good 1st experience there.

This laundry Matt is horrible!!! They lost two pieces of my clothing and refused to do the right thing and reimburse me. Use them at your own risk!!!!!

Angelica is a amazing employee helped me out and provided great customer service this place is soo lucky to have her shes amazing

Appalling & complete disrespect approach to customer service. I'm sure the followup reply here from this business owner will also be that I'm a scammer & never was an actual customer to make them look bad like all the previous negative reviews regarding this exact type situation. Times on the doors says 10:30 while last accepted laundry needs to be started at 9:00..... was told at 10:05 to "Hurry up & get out or I call police." Y'all are absolutely appalling & one day you'll catch the wrong person on the wrong day ending in a horrible night where you'll be staying WAY past 10:30 to clean up the mess. You don't even talk your employees like you tried approaching me over speakerphone, I hope ya'll learned something tonight. Just give people until the posted 10:30 times on the doors without issues.... 25 minutes it's not that serious of a thing to be risking business damage for while putting your employees in aggravating situations with your customers to save a couple dollars on payroll. Seriously disgusting approach.

I love this laundromat. I make sure to go on Sundays in the afternoons. I've never had issues, and I'm always in an out within an hour and a half.

Great place however google states they close at 11:00. Yet at 10:30 the lady told us she was closing. I couldn’t finish folding my clothes and had to take it home all wrinkle. Not happy at all.

Top notch. The right prices. Very fast service. I will be back.
