Wash & Dry

I’ve done both laundry & used the shower facilities here while my stuff is being repaired & it’s been top notch customer service every time. The ladies are always super helpful & sweet; They’re always smiling when I come in with my daughter. They have quite a few shower rooms available & they’re always clean. The water pressure is great and there’s always hot water. The laundromat itself is always clean & the machines get my laundry done without ripping up my clothes. The dryers always dry the first time & they have ample amount of carts around. Highly recommend coming here for laundry/showers

Have used this place since 2017 usually 2-4 trips per year, this year was pretty disappointing. Most of the machines were out of order or didn’t work well. Two different washers didn’t spin and left you with completely soaked clothes to dry. The young heavy set brunette “boss girl” was very rude both in June and July and in her words “very confused” when I came asking for a shower AND to do laundry. She said I had to wait for shower, no problem I’m going to grab my laundry and be back. I was gone all of 3 minutes and she started yelling for “the guy who wanted a shower”. I was like…”I’m right here”. She asked how long it was going to take me to be ready? I said I’m literally putting these quarters in and I’m ready… She said she had no idea I was going to do laundry very rudely. I could clearly tell I wasn’t working with brightest star in the sky here so I politely said just let the next person go in front of me, which she responded “was way too confusing and I needed to hurry. So I did, and not even a minute later, she said “oh it’s too late, someone else took your shower”. No big deal, it’s not a problem I’m not in a rush. She didn’t like that at all either, I guess I shouldn’t have been so easy going. I think she was expecting me to match her unreasonable sense of perceived urgency. Since they didn’t give me a number for the shower that was even more confusing for her when I didn’t have a number. Anyway, hope this place steps up its game and staffing, used to be my go to spot. Be back in August and Sept, may or may not give them another try. I found the little place in Sterling to be much more accommodating and not nearly as busy. Also found the Cheeky Moose in Anchor Point to be AMAZING, serving food also and extremely friendly staff!

Passing through on our vacation and needed to do laundry for the second half of our trip. The place was busy but there were a decent amount of washers and dryers. I used 3 washers and all three ate one of my quarters. Other than that it was great. Clean, places to sit, washers and dryers were quick.

My mom and I came here today to take showers as we do every year we're down here, and it's usually very nice and the people are wonderful. Today as we walked in a lady working here (im not sure what her name is, she's a shorter heavy set lady with dark hair) verbally accosted us before we could even say two words to her. We were taken a back by it because everyone in the laundromat was now staring at us, and we've never been talked to like that before by her. The conversation went like this "what can I do for you?" "Showers" "I have a line of about 15 people" throwing her arms up in the air in the most belittling tone and manner possible. Now, I'm not trying to be a Karen but the way we were treated was unacceptable. Other than today, I can say that usually this place is a great place to do laundry and take showers.

Very busy place. Over all the place was clean but they were working on things & had to shut down washers & dryers which made it hard to find machines. Then when folding my clothes I found random orange stains on things. I didn't complain cuz honestly I was in a hurry.

Clean facility, lots of washers and dryers. $3.75 per washer load, $0.25 per 5 mins in the large dryers. They have an ATM and a change machine for quarters for bills. They also have vending machines for single load detergent ($2.50 each) and dryer sheet packs.

Im giving it a 1 star ! I’ve used the place twice ! For showers and quick laundry . Not much dealings with staff until second trip . We paid for showers and after paying they informed us there’s no hot water and it will be a little bit. Ok well my one friend didn’t want a cold shower and we didn’t want to wait . Asked for his 12 dollars cash back and they told him no they don’t do refunds ! Wtf ! You didn’t inform us before we paid that there was no hot water and now you wouldn’t give him the 12 dollars cash back to him . You offered a voucher to a man that wasn’t coming back ! Really ! The cash drawer doesn’t open both ways ! WTH ! 12 dollars really !

Really clean fair prices only took showers so not sure about laundry services

Paid for a shower but neglected to tell us there wasn't any hot water at this white trash jamboree. Then, refused to give a refund.
