Vending machines need restocking! Both are empty. -1 No one around during 'non vampire' hours. -1 Machines are newish, some broken but what 24hr isnt beat up from time to time. Location is dope near the water/dam.
Worst laundry mat I have been in. I have lived all over the United States....this is dirtier than major cities mats. Half the machines are broke, the ones that work, smell rotten. No hot water. No bathroom. No help from anyone. It's like the wild west....but dirtier, if thats possible.
Use to be a great laundry mat. Has really went down hill. Most machines are broken, quarter machines are usually not working and Super dirty. Have done my laundry here for years but I will be going to Monroe from now on.
No working change machines, had to go to car wash to get quarters. FILTHY, trash overflowing. And since the Milan location closed, the price went up $1 per machine. Time to get a washer & dryer. Why open a business to serve the public and then run it like this? 😡😡😡😡 …
The prices are a SCAM. 7.25 for a week's worth of laundry, if you don't wanna spend nearly 10 bucks on a week's worth of clothes, you gotta cram everything into the half load 4.25 washers. Which is literally only big enough to wash maybe 3 pairs of jeans and 4 tshirts. Half the washers are out of order, probably because folks keep cramming them because the ridiculous prices. Gotta get your money's worth. Hot building, sweating nonstop. Coin machine is only operational about 30% of the time, gotta get ur coins elsewhere. Greedy greedy place, no way a wash costs 7.25.
As a OTR truck driver, I do laundry throughout the Midwest. I stopped by the nearby Kroger to break a twenty for the change machine at the laundromat. The courtesy booth gal inquired if I was going to the nearby location and upon my answering, she handed me a roll of quarters, saying that the change machines at Log Cabin were less than reliable. There was only one small A/C unit operating and all the windows were open. Luckily, it was early in the day and the heat was bearable. Speaking of heat, the dryer I used was lacking, and then some. I had no issues with the washer. All in all, I’ve been in one worse laundromat and lain in many much better.
To Log Cabin Laundry & Dry Cleaning, thank you SO MUCH for being open today, even though it is Labor Day! Our washer quit recently & while we're waiting to replace it, I had a need to wash our laundry. I am SO thankful for your services today! Overall, I had a good experience today! This place was easy to get to from home, it was clean, and easy parking too!! 😁
This place is awful! Looks nice from the outside. Has “newer” machines…….but only about a third of the machines work. None of the big ones worked properly. 1/2 the dryers are broken. Only 1 of the 5 I started using actually heated enough to dry. Very expensive for what it is. Don’t feel like my comforters actually got clean. Best part, no one there to get your lost quarters back from or put an out of service sign on machine. Definitely recommend going elsewhere
There change machines will take your money and not dispense the change and good luck trying to get your money reimbursed. You'll have to take a day off work as they are only open between 9am-1pm. I've been trying to get reimbursed a measly 5.00 dollars and they will not work with you. Bad business.
Dirty. No staff available. Washers did not spin properly, so clothes extra wet, requiring additional drying time. Very expensive. Would not reccomend!
