Society Dry Cleaners did such a great job with the cleaning and preservation of my wedding dress after my wedding! It came back quicker than expected and was in pristine condition! They were even able to clean my veil and shoes as well.

I give them 5-Stars because I can’t give them 10. They do an excellent job of dry cleaning my suits and laundering/ironing my dress shirts. The owners and their staff are very friendly and accommodating. I trust no one else with my clothing!

I came in town for a wedding and needed to get clothes pressed overnight. Society Cleaners were able to get everything done quickly and professionally. Thank you!

I should preface this by saying I support small/family businesses when I can, I genuinely understand mistakes happen and am patient, and that I never leave reviews let alone scolding ones. A 0 star review would be more than deserving for this company. I dropped off 4 pairs of pants Tuesday thanksgiving week. I wanted 2 pairs cleaned and the other 2 to be hemmed a shorter length. I told them i only needed 1 pair (of the originals) for a work trip sunday. They told me with expedited cleaning they would be ready friday. I showed up saturday and they were not complete leaving me to wear dirty pants on a 6 day business trip. I returned after my trip to pick up my hemmed pants and they were incorrect. Both were different lengths and roughly 4” longer than the original. It is important to note that all 4 pants are the exact same brand, waist, length, style etc. they are identical. All they had to do was use the pant i left them, fold the new ones to match the length and hem. Returning after a month of travel, i went today to inquire a remedy of the situation. They previously told me I would receive my money back when i came in. I assumed they would refund me and correct their mistake. The receptionist called the owner, and I was told they would fix them for me. I told her I wanted my money back for the hassle they put me through and wasting a month of my time. She told me they already paid the seamstress and can not do that and preceded to argue with me. I was told it was my fault for not being measured and all pants are different…. Even though I presented 4 identical pairs, and again the pairs they did hem were both different lengths. I will never be using their services again as they have diminished all trust with not only their “craftsmanship” but also how they address their mistakes with customers when they are the ones in the wrong.

Said on phone they would charge $19.99 no matter what to tailor the sleeves of blazer. I asked if buttons mattered and he said no it is a flat rate. I went out of my way to go here and on drop off he charged $35 and refused to change it. Pink tax upon seeing a female in person? Not sure but would have gotten it done more locally and not made the effort to go to the shop.

Fast, clean and friendly! I've been going to Society for several years and recently my niece was looking to have her wedding dress cleaned and preserved so I gave them a call with a ton of questions. They were knowledgeable and patient. Yesterday on the way to work I went to pick up the wedding dress and was impressed. Just Beautiful!! Plus, I dropped off my person clothes that I was in need of getting back asap for a minor emergency (next morning business trip). They totally took care of me. Picked up my cleaned clothes on my way home from work! I always get great service and quality and they are there for me when I really need them. Thanks, Society Cleaners!
