Crystal Clean Laundromat

I’m not someone who visits laundromats often, but while working on setting up my laundry area at home, I needed a place nearby—and I’m so glad I found this one! This place is honestly a gem. Super clean, well-equipped, and even has parrots! It felt more like a cozy community space than a typical laundry spot. Willy was amazing so kind, attentive, and welcoming. He really makes the experience feel personal. I even thought, “I’d love to bring my records here and play some music while I wait.” Definitely giving this place 5 stars. If you’re looking for a spot that’s clean, peaceful, and has great energy, this is it.

Great laundrymat. I am from Sweden. We don't really have laundrymats there, instead we got laundry rooms that is attached to the apartment building you live in. If we had something as chill as this laundrymat in Sweden I would go there instead of the laundry room. This place seems well managed, clean, chill and best of all got parrots!

I needed to do laundry during a recent trip to Orlando, found Crystal Clear because of the high rating. I was really impressed! Its space was bright and spacious, with free coffee and cookies. There was WiFi and nice seating area for me to relax while waiting for the laundry to be done. Bathroom was nicely decorated and super clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The best part was its cleanliness! The floor, table surface and the machines were all spotless on a busy Sunday!

Blanca was very kind and this location was VERY clean and well organized. We did not see Blanca stop cleaning or dusting from the moment we arrived until we left. The Machines at this location are very well kept. There was AC and you do not need to use coins, you can use tap to pay which was very convenient in my opinion! Great experience for a laundromat! This was my first time here, and I haven’t needed to use a laundromat in years. The place was spotless. The attendant, possibly the owner, worked nonstop the entire time I was there: cleaning, emptying dryer lint trays (which I really appreciate, because the dryers actually dry), and keeping everything in order, constantly sweeping, wiping down the counters, returning carts. He never sat down. The machines are updated and digital with convenient tap-to-pay. Plenty of snacks and ice-cold drinks available. He was doing laundry, sweeping; his work ethic is unmatched. (tall Black man, didn’t catch his name because I couldn’t catch him!) If he doesn’t own the place, he needs to own something!

This laundromat exceeded all expectations. The machines are modern, spotless, and efficient—my clothes came out perfectly clean and fresh. The staff is friendly, helpful, and clearly take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Plenty of machines, well-lit, and never overcrowded. I also really appreciate the convenience—whether you’re in and out quickly or waiting with a coffee, the experience is smooth and stress-free. Definitely my go-to from now on. Highly recommend!

This establishment always on point. Super clean, the customer service representatives always friendly. My washer and Dryer messed up. So I have not been at this place in a long time. However ñ, they always remembered me and always welcoming. Willie is one of the best and top notch. Always non stop working and very polite, welcoming and respectful. Love this place. Highly recommend.

My wife and I love this place. Always clean, very well maintained, very nice staff. It's a popular place, so plan accordingly. All machines and vending equipment are debit/credit card capable so don't worry about getting quarters. There is a changer there if you do want to use quarters.

Good evening I would like to give a small review to the new owners that have took over this laundromat. I came here today and seen that y’all are having a raffle. Oh my God I can’t believe it. I’ve been so down on my luck lately and I was reading that y’all are even doing a $50 gift card inside. It would be such a blessing if I was the winner here is a picture of the awesomeness guy in Orlando. His name is Willie. He has a spontaneous personality, very outgoing and very helping I come to this laundromat several times a month and I have to say I mean I’ve even seen him help older people to their car with their laundry, most people they don’t go out of their way to even open the door for somebody. Please make sure that he’s recognized.

My first time here. I’m very impressed with the cleanliness. Customer service is awesome. There are Parakeets here also and coffee if like! This is my New Laundromat! You can Sit and watch TV or read a magazine. Yes they’re bathrooms as well. Snack machine. Just awesome!
