I like coming here because always clean and the employees are very professional always ask me if we need any help and with the smile I really appreciate that it makes me feel welcome and that's why I keep coming back in the prices are very good

This place steals money from you dont come here is the worse place in laredo to wash and the lady is rude.

Not the place you want to go do laundry. Some old man tells off people at random, and nor the employee or the owner will do anything to correct this man. They just say that he is like that with everyone. This is the type of place where you drop off your clothes and leave. Zero rating.

Going at 7 in the morning is best time to go do laundry. After 830am it's starts getting packed with a lot of people. Then you gotta wait on washers & dryers. Multiple dryers out of order most of the time. But washers n dryers work fine. I always prefer to go early.. the earlier the better, no people.

By far the worst experience ever!!! The staff is very disrespectful and think they own the place. What can I say about the owner Mr. Martinez. He was very rude and disrespectful when I called to complain about the service they were providing at his laundry mat. Wasn't paying attention to my complaint instead was more worried about getting his coffee right. I definitely do not recommend this laundry mat at all. Don't spend your money at a place where if you encounter a problem and asks for the owners number you will be rudely answered and will be disrespected and not helped at all. It's sad to visit places where the customer is treating very poorly.

Laid back laundromat with laid back staff and a chill atmosphere. It is kinda cramped and it can get full on the weekends but it's cozy and comfortable. Just remember that the last wash allowed is at 8pm when they close at 9pm.

Best laundromat in the city with great staff and appliances. Extremely opposite with customer service compared to the one in Arkansas street. Amazing people and never close early.

Very nice people working there very respectful and help me when i went for very first time i asked how the machine woks and took time to show me everything i go every two weeks sometimes it's full the only thing that i don't like i use a cane and children running around it's hard to walk

Always arrive at 0630 very few people in the morning way more traffic 0900 till closing super clean great staff.
