Big Run Coin Laundry

To begin with, this establishment is in a green building with a sign at the street that says Western Union.🤔 I guess they couldn't be bothered to put a Laundromat sign up on the building 🤷🏻‍♂️ This is the most I've ever paid for washing clothes!🤑 Not only are the standard machines $4 each but they are "short-cycled" to only 20 minutes! 😠 I complain when machines are short cycled to 30 minutes. Everyone knows it takes 40 to 50 minutes to wash a load of laundry.🧺 The larger machines are $6 and $8! There's a sign (apparently targeted for people who don't know 🤨) telling you how much you will save by using the giant machines because they take multiple loads .....😲 I always thought the giant machines were for blankets and comforters?🤔 I didn't realize you could stuff them full of 3-6 loads? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Then, the dryers are $1 for 15 minutes, which of course isn't long enough. 🤦🏻‍♂️You only get 3 minutes for each additional quarter! And if you open the door to check on the dryness of your clothes, the timer keeps running down! 😠 If you aren't careful, the dryer will time out before you add your quarter and then you have to add a dollar to get it to start again,...... While you're waiting you will discover conveniently located gambling machines for your extra quarters! 😳 What are concept, especially for your children! 🫣 Oh and make sure you go to the bathroom🚽 before you spend an hour and a half there because the bathroom is out of order🤦🏻‍♂️

This laundromat was right off the main road in Marianna and was clean. I give it 4 stars because of a couple reasons. The bathroom was out of order and had a sign on it that appeared to have been there for a bit. Also the dryers were $2.00 for 15 minutes. There were signs stating that they were “high temperature “ but my clothes weren’t dry and I needed to buy more time. It just seemed expensive for 15 minutes. There were many rules and signs about what NOT to do. Another patron walked in and was looking for a laundry attendant- there was nobody around to address whatever his query was. Got my clothes clean so overall it was a decent place, but I do expect a working restroom to be available when I patronize a business. *side note - this place also advertised western Union wire transfer. Did not see how much the service would cost, and in the time that I was there no attendant was present.

Clean, Convenient, and Friendly! Big Run Coin Laundry is one of the cleanest laundromats I’ve been to. The machines are well-maintained and spotless, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of washer and dryer sizes, which makes it really convenient whether you're doing a small load or tackling a big laundry day. Paying is easy they have multiple change machines and even an ATM on-site. While the indoor bathroom isn't working, they thoughtfully provide a porta-potty right outside. Parking is super convenient too plenty of space right up front. Highly recommend if you're looking for a smooth and stress-free laundry day!

Went to Gs laundry last week and it was such a bad experience that I genuinely never wanted to go to another laundry mat. I have a family of 8 and our washer and dryer quit. I came in today, talked to the owner directly and asked if it was okay to bring in about 8 loads of laundry. He took the time to walk me through the washers and show me my most affordable way to get done what I needed done and to take up less washers. He checked in with me multiple times even walking to my vehicle to make sure a lost sock wasn't mine. Genuinely good human. We will be back!

Clean facility. Machines work great. Takes a little more money to get your laundry done. Really nice owners.

I have my own washer and dryer but when I get behind in my laundry, this is the only place I go! It's clean and the staff are polite and friendly!

Very clean, washers and dryers work great.on some of them you can get extra wash time and rinse 2 bucks more,ie; though if you want a soda while doing laundry and you need sugar Free bring that with you, they have but no sugar free, also the lady working there is exceptional.

This is by far the cleanest laundromat I've ever been in. While staying at a campground nearby, we needed to do laundry. This one was the highest rated and after going there, the reasons were obvious. The dispensers on the washing machines were clean and had no residue from other users. The atmosphere was bright and the attendant was very friendly. To top it off, the prices were reasonable!

I rather wash and dry my clothes in A Creek before I go back to this laundry mat! The Jamaican lady who's owner is very rude and cheap! $1.00 for 15 mins and clothes still wet🤬Won't even give you quarters if you have coins to trade out …

This laundry mat is very clean, couldn't find a person there to break a 50$ smaller( probably because it's Saturday) but overall a good place we come here often

Very clean environment and plenty of working machines but cheapest machines are $4 as well as front loaders. Dryer started at $1 but it takes more than that to dry a load. Spent $12 for 2 loads.

This is such a beautiful and well taken care of laundry mat. The machines are nice and the dryers dry well. The music, plants and air conditioning was delightful.

Was way to expensive 4.00 to dry one load of clothes then dryer stops turning every 1 minute says it’s so the clothes don’t bundle up like what just a big rip off the one down the road is way better 1.00 to dry one load in a big dryer

This place is a joke! They never have a working restroom, they charge you $0.25 per dryer sheet, and the place is just nasty! I would suggest finding a creek or river and washing my clothes there before I ever went to this place!!

Every time I come into this laundromat, I’m always greeted with kindness and respect as a customer. I HIGHLY recommend this laundromat. Even the people who come here to wash are friendly!! ☺️☺️
