Sudsy's Laundromat

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ! YOU DESERVE BETTER ! Terrible place. Left my baby’s clothes to wash while I ran to bank. I came back to find all of my baby’s wet clothes pulled out of the washer & other peoples dirty items placed on top . I had to dump this all out just to find her items and them rewash them. This was done by the owner .

This laundromat is a lot nicer than it used to be. It's now clean, well lit with good. Newish machines. They even added a kids area where they can draw or play games. P

Very nice and clean laundromat. Free WiFi and laptops to use. Nice play area to keep children entertained. There are free snacks and bottled water. When I need to clean my comforter, I like to come here and use their large capacity machines. My washer and dryer probably like it too :)

Very clean facility. Dryers worked better than any other laundromat that I've ever been to. They also sell products that you might need. They have a table and chairs for your kids can do things to stay occupied. Highly recommend.

Wonderful little laundromat with a kid corner and their own laptops and free wifi. Only change should be open 24/7. 9pm closing is too early for people who need to do laundry at night

Worst laundromat ever. Machines are too small and the laundry comes out of the washers dripping water. The dryers are so old and dirty that the lint filters are clogged and disgusting. I always have to use the dryers 2 times to get the laundry completely dry. If one of machines doesn't work and take your money, forget about it, they never open the door when you knock with a problem. This review is based on different visits to the place. I'm never coming back!!

I came in at about 4:30pm today (Watched the Steelers game first, leggo 6-0) and it was practically empty. They have signs for social distancing and requests for people to wear masks inside. They are taking safety seriously in such a tough time. All of the machines were clean, as was the floor and the tables. I'm washing a ton of things to donate to local places and was happy I could do it all seemlessly here. These people are great and understand how important cleanliness is. Will definitely visit again if needed.

Its your standard tiny laundromat. The 2 large machines were great size and wash for my king size comforter.The dryers on the other hand need replaced.It took 6 run throughs and my comforter still wasnt dry so I gave up and took it home.no free wifi.But,there was a plugged in laptop for customer use.signs and rules for covid were all over but there was no disinfectant in site. Alittle messy but nice placement if you need a beer/wine run after laundry haha.

So cute! Had my young son with me at there’s a great children’s area to entertain them while you wash. Very pleased and will be back when I have to wash my comforter again.

I just had to re-do my review. I need to say THANK YOU to Sudsy's for NOT reimbursing me for the $5.00 I lost in your change machine. If it weren't for your unanswered emails and ignored voice mails, I would never have found BETHEL PARK LAUNDROMAT on Library Rd. They are open 24 hours and the dryers are only $0.25 for 45 minutes. So now instead of me spending $20 per week at your location, I wave as I drive past on my way to BETHEL PARK LAUNDROMAT on Library Rd. (Old Pasta Too location across from the Tennison). You have saved me $260 per year. My $5.00 in your pocket has cost you over $1000.00 in my business, and I will go out of my way to tell anyone that asks, how you conduct your business. GREAT JOB SUDSY'S!!! I so wish I could rate ZERO stars.

Super Clean, very nicely done laundry mat. Family areas for smaller children and another area for older children. Very nice!! Have been coming here since arriving in this area about a month ago.

Very clean and well kept. I usually try to between 2 to 4 and never have to wait to use washers.

Had my clothes taken from a dryer. Tried to contact the owners multiple times to get security footage, including leaving notes under their office door, and they never got back to me. Never coming back.

Great place!!! If more businesses we're like this....oh boy. Great job guys ! What a wonderful way to turn a chore into a pleasure. As well as connecting with the community.

Clean. Both large washers would not work. Coin return on one did not want to give money back. Phone number for assistance was not available. Very frustrating experience.
