ZIPS Cleaners

Do not take your clothes to this place, it is the worst. They didn't even do anything to my skirt. I understand that sometimes there are stains that don't come out, but they could have explained it to me!!

I haven't been to a cleaners in a long time and decided to try Zips. Best decision ever. The young lady greated me with a smile, courteous, professional and explained how everything works for their 24/hr location. As she indicated, I received a text message letting me know my clothes were ready and could be picked up anytime. Once I arrived, again I was greated with a smile and great customer service 😀. I will use Zips again. Keep up the great work and Customer service!!!! I'm beyond pleased!!!

Today was my first time using ZIPs. I found them after a quick search for same day service. The staff was very helpful when I dropped off my clothes. They told me my clothes would be ready by 5, but I received a message at 2 to pick them up. The pick up process was quick and easy! ZIPs might be out new dry cleaner.

I never knew this Zips was fully automated- w/ humans available during certain hours. I finally decided to try them out ans was pleasantly surprised to learn that service is 24/7. Drop off and pick up is simple and they do great work. As always the price is cost effective. Parking is tight but not impossible. Furthermore the location is conveniently located.

I love the 24hr service. Then I put in my number and just that quick the kios started to look for my clothes. It took no time at all to get all my clothes. About 3min. I haven't gotten a chance to look at all my clothes. It im sure I'll be happy with Zips service 😊 …

I was hoping to like this location. I normally use the Zips in Alexandria, VA, however, I live closer to this ZIPS. Several times I have obtained my clothes back and there have been spots on my clothes, which were not there when I dropped them off, it appears to be spots from whatever cleaner they are using. I also have obtained clothes back from this location and they were wrinkled and not iron/pressed properly. I gave this location about 5 tries, however, I am done with this location and will be driving a longer distance to go back to the location in Alexandria. I hoped this location would be good, as I like the fact that you can drop off and pick up anytime you want, however, I will not be back. The only 1 star for this place is the ease of drop off and pick up, however, for the quality of service, I would give zero stars. June 6th edition: I was done with this location however a couple of weeks ago, I received a text message that I had clothes to pick up. I had not been here since March, I was going to ignore the text as I knew the clothes were not mine, however, I decided to go in and retrieve the clothes and put them back in the drop box, so they could go to the rightful owner...to my surprise the clothes were my two dress shirts. Zips had my two shirts for over two months, i do not know how they found them or knew they were mine, however, no phone call or anything, they just placed the clothes for pick up, knowing that I had not been there in months. This place is horrible, please do not go there. If you do go there, ensure you count your clothes and then confirm they are there when you pick them up...obviously, I did not do that, which is why they had two of my shirts for months and I did not know, my fault for thinking this business could properly clean my clothes and return them to me. I REALLY WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS. If you really want a quality Zips to use, go to the location in Alexandria, VA, they are great and do quality work.

I put a couple pair of pants in a week and a half ago. One to be hemmed and one for alterations and to be hemmed. I was told they would be ready in one week which was last Friday. I went to pick them up today (Tuesday) and only one pair was ready. I asked for a 31” inseam and they were still way too long. Personally I don’t think they should provide alterations without having the seamstress on site. I’m going to have to take them elsewhere to have the work done properly. In the meantime, I’m still waiting for the pants that just needed hemming and am curious if they will be properly hemmed to a 31” inseam.

I was amazed at how technology has made this laundry task convenient. I have not thoroughly checked all of my garments. But what I have seen looks good. Without a doubt I will definitely use this service again.

I find it very convenient to be able to drop off and pick up 24 hours a day. I’ve done this many times since they open. Also, I received an alert on one of my garment cannot be dry cleaned. Does that mean that garment wasn’t cleaned? If so, what was done and if nothing do you get a credit? (it did look like something was done, but it had the alert tag on that one item). That was on my last pickup. Other than that great job!

When I ask for my pants to be creased at drop-off, and they are not creased after being notified they are ready for pickup. Then being told I will have to come the next day to pick them up. The way my time, money and energy was disregarded was disrespectful and disappointing. 😡 …

Customer service was extremely poor. An employee (a young lady) lacked knowledge about Zips coupons. She was unaware that the coupons were being distributed in the community. When I asked why the discount was not showing up on the receipt, …

This was my first experience with ZIPS. I am so blessed by the encounter. Already spoke praises to my sister about my turnaround & Lord willing I will be back!

Zips did an amazing job on my clothes! It costed me under $10 for my 2 piece suit and my shirt. Only took them 2 days to finish and I was highly impressed! Def recommend them!

Put my Black Suit in which had Sour Cream on the arm of the Jacket and some on the pants went to pickup my order and noticed that the stains were still there. So I left my order hopefully they will get it right the second time around.

Took 3 sport blazer two came back prefect other one was size 8 came back size 2. Lining was pull also.Very nice blazer
