The Laundry Room

I was very impressed by the Laundromat in Nederland, CO. During our travels I've seen many bad Laundromat. This Laundromat was pleasant, convenient to pay thru an app, nice seating and they have Wi-Fi, an arcade machine and vending machines (soap, drinks and snacks). You can also pay cash and there's a dollar change machine. One point however: there's something wrong with washer #10. It took longer than the other washer and the laundry came out still soaking wet

WiFi is nice, but no restroom. The Limited Washers are often broken or sectioned off for eldora use but are otherwise in good shape and clean. However the dryers are $1.00 for 12 minutes! Very expensive

After having confusion with the direction symbols on the machines. The owner reached out and teached me how to use them virtually.

I've only done my laundry here 3 times, and now 2 out of those 3 times I've had a washer malfunction and leave my clothes sopping wet - leading me to keep feeding coins into the dryer and spend hours here longer than planned, let alone pay more money to this obnoxiously over priced mountain town laundromat. I don't overload the machines and I've made sure to use a different machine every time I go in to not repeat the malfunctioning experience, yet here I am writing this review on my 3rd visit after it's happened again. Avoid doing your laundry here if you can.

I was there today and it was a good experience. All machines worked well. 2 washers and 1 dryer for $10. I downloaded and funded the ClearToken app without problems. Everything clean and fresh now.

Smelly washers, dryers are a scam. Washing machines were full of dog hair, pretty much all of them. Dyers are a scam because $1 gets you 12 mins of drying but if you add money while drying, it doesn’t add any time. Got scammed out of multiple dollars here.

Small but clean laundromat with the most accommodating owner I've ever met. I really appreciated his kindness. I also liked being able to use an app to work the washers rather than quarters (owner seems to be converting to the system so not all machines do that).

Extremely rude and unprofessional owner. Broken machines that eat your money. Dryers that dont work but he just puts a sign saying use the back ones.. Witnessed him yelling at customers on one visit. On another visit my laundry had been dry and done for a few minutes with a half dozen open dryers, but the owner pulled my clothes out and covered them in dirt and hair while doing so. When I brought it up he accused me of being there all day and it was not until I told him to check the cameras that he realized he was wrong. Find a cold stream to wash your clothes, it will be more hospitable. Edit: As shown by the owners response, he is incapable of being professional or accepting responsibility, even going so far as to ban someone and contact the sheriff over a bad review. PATHETIC

Pros: Clean, organized laundromat and prompt help if you have any problems with machines. Thank you for keeping the coin machine as an alternative to the app! I prefer the old fashioned mechanical method vs another app on my phone. Cons: More expensive than some in the mountains but since there are not a lot of choices... Dryers seem to take forever. And, come on....another quarter for “medium soil” loads and two additional quarters for “heavy soil”?? $4.00 isn’t enough? Your customers are hardworking mountain dwellers and hard playing mountain travelers — either way, our clothes get dirty!!!

I take all my oversize blankets and comforters here. Price is right for a double or triple size machine, clothes always come out clean and ready to pack away for summer. Love our local Laundry Room.
