Nothing but great things to say about this place! I accidentally left a $100 bill in the pocket of a suit I brought in for cleaning, and within 30 minutes they called to let me know they’d found it. Honest, good people — the kind you don’t come across as often these days.

I had a very delicate and intricate evening gown top with layers and strips of lace, silk, tulle, and handmade little silk flowers. It was badly stained in a number of spots and looked hopeless. I thought I was going to have to just put it in the trash :( I took it to Oak Forest because I read they were bridal gown experts, wanted to give it another try before throwing it away. They said they'd hand wash it and give it a try. They returned it fully and nicely cleaned without any trace of the stains, I was so happy! Their staff is also friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I took a pair of polo .jeans brand new had just got them tailor took them up to.i made a mistake and forgot to tell the lady I wanted starch on it called back up.there to tell them and the lady that answer the phone relayed the message to her and she had git a attitude about it I guess she was the one that mess my pants up never go back there no more

These guys and girls are great. Took my mother in so they could alter several pair of pants for here. They recognized her pants as I walked in ahead of her. That tells me they care about the customers

I walked in Oak Forest Cleaners on Markham thinking I was going to be satisfied as a customer. I took some white jeans in to be cleaned, no starch and no crease. When I came back to get my jeans they had a red substance on them, they were creased and they were starched. So I had them to redo the jeans. When I came back for my jeans again same problems. I needed those jeans for a trip so I said forget, I'll just iron the creased out. When I go to put my jeans on I can't fit them. They shrunk my jeans. I talked to the owner or manager and we measured the pants. The measurements were shorter than the size on the pants. He said so! I'm NOT going go to replace your jeans even though we messed up on the ticket up twice. His employees and customer were looking amazed and I've also seen and heard him talk down and bad to his employees. Very bad customer service. He said he didn't care about my jeans and he's not going to fix the situation even though we messed you jeans up. This cleaner will not fix a problem they caused. DONT GO!

Loyal Customer!!! Upscale cleaners, but you get what you pay for. If you have moderate to high end clothing, this is the place to bring your delicates & dry cleaning. They also specialize in wedding gowns (before and after the wedding cleaning) Full time seamstress on staff (Mon-Fri). Shirt folding service for travel. All cleaning is done in house.

They are friendly, professional, orderly, and do a great job dry cleaning....and sewing repairs and fitting too! Been going there for years and always happy
