I went to this place the other day and dropped off two dress shirts. The older Asian guy who helped me wasn’t very friendly, he mostly just grunted instead of talking while taking my order. It felt like he was in a hurry to get me out of there, even though I was the only customer around. The shop was pretty crowded and messy, with a bunch of orders piled up for people who probably never came back for them. If it were my shop, I would definitely organize that stuff better and store it away instead of leaving it all out like a hoarder’s mess. When I returned two days later to pick up my shirts, they looked decent. They weren’t as crisp and fresh as I usually like, but they were good enough for my event. I was happy to try out a new place since I often drive by it. Would I tell a friend to go there? Maybe, but I really wish the customer service was better. The guy just wasn’t very welcoming, and that’s something I think is important for making customers want to come back.

I had been using them for over a year and really didn't question the prices of things until the last time I went a couple days ago and realized the reason why it was so expensive was they were charging me $15.95 to dry clean large cotton T shirts that is crazy it really is absurd my total was a $165 for less than 20 items. I felt so stupid that I had been paying these prices for a little over a year and I never paid attention until now and then when I said something they couldn't respond Even another customer couldn't do anything but laugh because it was that crazy. I will never use cascade cleaners again I advise everyone to find somewhere else they are extremely extremely expensive Unless of course you want to pay almost $20 to dry clean a T-shirt then by all means

I brought a nice sweater into Cascade cleaners. I asked if they could hand wash it but was told dry cleaning would be a better option, even though the tag said to hand wash I trusted that they knew best. I went to pick it up and it was half the size and completely boiled. I calmly went back in and the woman working said she could stretch it out and get it back to normal. When I went back to pick it up for the second time, the sweater was still completely boiled and matted and only marginally bigger than the first time I picked it up. I calmly asked the man working what their policy was on damaged clothing. When I told the man working that this was not the sweater I brought in and he proceeded to try to sell me on the new "cropped fit" and make up excuses like he cleans too many clothes to keep track of it. He then offered me $40 in credit at the cleaners. I rarely do dry cleaning and that interaction didn't make me feel like returning to Cascade cleaners. I need a new sweater not dry cleaning credit! That sweater was one of my favourite sweaters, was a nice expensive one that is now completely ruined.

Amazing! I came back when I was told , but the man working said “ this comforter is too filthy still I need to clean 2 more times . Come Back .” I did, and he had got out cat pee stains that the last cleaner said would never come out. He still charged me the 40.00 fee he originally quoted too!!

I have not used them yet, but I spoke with them and got the best explanation of the environmentally safer dry cleaning process! Super helpful, and I would definitely use them next time I need dry cleaning.

I had a stain on my jacket that just would not come out. Not only did they get it out, but I've always felt like a member of the family.
