I can’t say enough good things about this place! The cleaning here is so good and the alterations are done seamlessly. Whether it’s a simple hem, a tricky repair, or a full suit adjustment, their attention to detail is impeccable. My clothes come back fresh, clean, and perfectly pressed all the time! Montgomery Tailor did a nice job altering my pants and sport jacket, and they had a really quick turnaround. They’re very friendly and easy to work with, which I appreciated. It’s great to have someone in the neighborhood who’s flexible and still does quality work.

I first met Paul and Esther when their store was located on Route 27. Always pleased with their dry cleaning services, efficiency and courtesy. After several years they moved to their new location at Montgomery Cleaners. Even though it's somewhat out of my way, I gladly make the trip to continue to use their services. There are no surprises, great dry cleaning. Never a lost garment. Esther's tailoring is superb. I've had alterations to many suits, including reconstructing jackets, tailoring ladies' party dresses, children's clothes. Even my daughter's costumes for a school play. Always very satisfied. Always served with a smile and exchange of pleasantries. I highly recommend Montgomery Cleaners. Give them a try. Added bonus, if you drop off before 10 a.m., you get a discount. Cheers.

Buyer beware. First time going here and learned everything i needed to about this business. I had about 9 or 10 brand new suit jackets that were on a rack in the basement when a pipe burst so i brought them to Montgomery Cleaners to be dry cleaned. Being brand new i had taken all the replacement buttons (in the small plastic baggies) and placed them in the inner pockets since i had not worn them yet. I forgot when i brought them in. ..these things happen. no big deal right? Naturally they were all gone. I figured it was a lost cause, but thought i'd at least ask. They said they had found 2 buttons from 2 of my my jackets! Great right? (each bag had 3 in it) naturally out of 27 buttons, 2 were "there" I can only deduce that they clearly managed a mutiny-casting the other buttons and the sealed bags into a void, where the two mutineers remained safely nestled within the pockets in which i placed them. Of course i didnt say this. it was clear as they were removed from the bag that they were taken from the pockets and kept. I said, it is what it is to the wife thanked her and figured that was that. Then the Husband came out and became nasty about it. Anyone who's lost a button on a jacket or blouse they like, knows how much they charge you to match a button and restitch. And clearly so did the husband. (which is the only reason to become so nasty and start yelling, when its clear they took them out-or by his behavior he likely did. They didnt leave the bags by themselves). Don't recommend doing business with these people. Sounds trivial, but you lose 1, you have to replace all, or spend a ton to match. On nice jackets that's not cheap. If they'll take $2 buttons. What happens when its a $50 bill, or $100 pen, or maybe some diamond earrings. I won't be back. For the 20+ items i dry cleaned. You'd think repeat business would have been more important. "We put them aside and forgot, sorry"...but nope. Guy starts yelling at me instead. Not good business. Not trust worthy owners.

I have been a loyal customer and highly recommend this family-owned/run dry cleaning establishment. I started taking my dry-cleaning to them at their old location which was only a mile from my house but continued to bring in my dry cleaning after they moved to their current location because I liked the service, price and the couple who own/run the business even though it was several miles away and even during the time the bridge was out (for almost a year) by the canal in Rocky Hill. The dry cleaning process is environmentally-friendly and so is the customer service. I have received many discounts over the years for both dry cleaning and tailoring services. If you are looking for a good value and consistent service (including pick-up and delivery), give this place your business and you will never regret you did.

AWESOME! I have been a regular customer of Montgomery Cleaners since they purchased it years ago. They do an amazing job on rush orders (large or small) and are the most accommodating cleaners we have ever used! Both owners are wonderful people: fair, honest, trustworthy, and above all else very kind! Highly recommend them for sure! Please try them...once you do you won’t go anywhere else!

I have been going to Montgomery cleaners for over 15 years. They used to be less than 5 minutes from my house. The business moved to Skillman which is at least 15 minutes away. Because the quality of work is so high, I have no problem driving there and passing several cleaners along the way. Highly recommend.

I have been using this dry cleaning facility since 2013. It varies how much dry cleaning I have. Today I decided to drop off my dry cleaning instead of having them pick it up. I was pressed for time and the owner (the woman behind the counter) continued to harass me for 20 minutes that I do not give her enough business and that I am using another dry cleaning service. I tried to tell her to please take my dry cleaning and let me get on my way but she wouldn't stop. I finally yelled at her that I have never used another dry cleaning service and even if I did it was none of her business. Two customers walked in and they both just looked at her. She waisted my time and for an owner of a business she was very unprofessional. With that said I will no loner be using this service. If business was bad before it will now get worse.
