Laundry King Pick Up and Delivery in Brooklyn

I’ve been coming here for a while and I’m always impressed. The machines are clean, well-maintained, and easy to use. Staff is friendly and helpful if you ever need assistance. I really appreciate how quickly everything gets done, and the place is always neat and organized. Their drop-off service is also super convenient—clothes come back fresh, folded, and smelling great. Highly recommend this laundry spot if you’re looking for reliability and good service!

Everything is terribly old. Some are also old, but clean. This place is a pigsty, it was even scary to sit down, you can get dirty. Ugh

Avoid this place !!!! I brought my two jackets for dry clean and was told it would cost 70$ total. I came back to pick them up and brought to do my laundry (never did here laundry before) at the same time cuz why not I’m already here to pick up my coats. First of all the place is so dirty, papers and other stuff just laying on the floor, the washing and drying machines are sooo old and broken, you struggle to open or close them. So, while my clothes were washing, I decided to take a look at my jackets! And I’m glad I did! The jackets weren’t dry cleaned at all!! And they were not dirty to begin with!! The simple egg stain on the front was still there and on my expensive cream jacket they created 2 new stains that was never there! I pointed this out to the worker, and he agreed that it was not cleaned so he offered to send them back to dry clean it again for no extra cost! I agreed to it. On the paper it said I had to pick it up on Saturday. I came on Sunday evening they told me it’s not ready yet come after 10pm. I couldn’t come that late so came back after a week. When I came in I made sure to check those spots again!! And what do you think?!?! The stains were still there!!! I told them to return my money back!!! At first they were like “we do not guarantee 100% clean”, “it’s not possible to have 100% clean”, the worker called the manager, the manager was like “come back tomorrow I’ll Zelle you your money back!” Why the heck I need to come back tomorrow if you can just Zelle me right away! After I created big scandal there they returned my money back!!! When I came back home I discovered so much more stains that was never there!!!! I tried to wash it out and it’s not coming out!!!! One of the stains is right in the front on the chest area, and it’s not coming off!! My coats ended up dirtier than when I brought them in!!! They ruined my favorite coat that I got from Europe!😭😭😭 Avoid this place!!! *** Response to the business owner's reply: I only had my black Mackage down jacket dry cleaned here once before, and they did a good job (although you cannot see much on black color) and thats why I returned, so good job trying to lie to people about multiple refunds! That makes this business owner and his business even more disgusting. No wonder why you have so many bad reviews complaining about the same things!

I always use here. It's really clean, we'll maintenance machines. Stuffs are helpful always. They have big parking lot, and open 24/7. And prices are cheaper than other laundries

this place is deteriorating week by week. The performance of the washing machines and dryer has gotten so bad, it’s impossible to finish your laundry there. Two drying cycles on hot still get you damp clothes because of how old everything is. I have to finish drying at home because of how long their time is. Management is doing nothing about it. The machines are always dirty, everything is messy and I even found a roach inside the washing machine once. The old russian lady working there is so rude beyond words, she acts like she owns the place and treats other PAYING customers trying to do their laundry terribly. This place needs so much improvement and attentiveness to their employees. Very disappointed by what it has become.

Came in at 11 p.m. and most of the machines were just sitting there with clothes inside — not running, not doing anything. A few were actually in use, but the rest were clearly abandoned. I asked the staff if any were available and he just said, “It’s full” like that was the end of the conversation. No effort to check, no explanation, no help. Just complete apathy. If you enjoy being dismissed and watching machines hold someone’s laundry hostage while staff pretends it’s not their problem — this place is exactly what you’re looking for.

I brought my blazer in for dry cleaning and clearly told the staff I needed it done urgently because I had a flight on Sunday. They completely FORGOT about my order. I had to go back just to retrieve the blazer, and by then it was too late to clean it anywhere else. I lost a whole day for nothing. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Never using this place again

The pick-up service works great. I quickly placed an order through the app, and it was delivered the next day. The laundry smells very clean. They are truly excellent at what they do. I haven't seen anything better. I'm sure their dry cleaning service is the best in Brooklyn. Thank you.
