Overall, it is a great place to wash clothes. It's a little more pricey than others I have been to. They are very convenient with allowing you to download an app, which allows you to link a card for payments and not have to deal with coins or a preloaded card that ends up with funds that cant be used. The facility stays clean, and they have tested all over for entertainment while you wait. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the prices and the fact that they dont have any washes with an agitator (i feel that they help clean clothes better, but just my opinion)

I recently visited Columbus Laundry Company at 1985 E Main St, drawn in by a promotion to refresh my winter blankets. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The promotion didn’t work, and the phone number listed in the app directed me to a different company that no longer operates the store. The staff was unhelpful, and when I inquired about the promotion, they seemed clueless. Furthermore, the supervisor, who was supposed to arrive at 2 PM, never showed up. I also found the pricing of $1.25 per minute for drying time to be quite excessive. Overall, I left frustrated and won’t be returning.

This is the nicest and cleanest laundrymat I've ever been to. Attached photos, but there are small, medium, large, and extra large washers, and small, medium, and large dryers. Washer prices were between $3-11 based on size and dryers were $0.25 for every 5 min for the small and medium sizes and $1.25 for the largest. Everything was clean and well kept and there were places to sit, places to fold, tvs, and I think a bathroom somewhere.

Fine laundromat clean and lots of machines available for reasonable price. Bills-to-quarters converter machine in store gave multiple dollars worth of quarters made after 2022 which the wash machines wouldn’t take and I could not use

This used to be a great place to come to until they raise the price of the washing machines $1.25 just recently. Things are hard enough out here without them raising the prices of these washing machines per load.

I forgot a load of laundry here and went back two days later and the manager Helene (I think) was so helpful and was able to reunite me with my forgotten laundry! So relieved. Nice place!

Love the usable and clean space while I’m working on laundry! Variety of size washer and dryers, can use an app or coins for paying. Glad to have found this place.

Great and clean place!!! Jennifer always helps me when I’m there. She’s so polite and greets me with a smile!!

Newer business Very busy most days- seems Friday afternoons are less busy. Small parking lot- only two handicapped spaces! When it's busy, it's challenging to get a laundry cart.... Wish they would invest in more. Employees TRY to maintain cleanliness, along with having to do laundry for others as well. It's nice they have provided a play corner for children- white their parents wash and dry. There are many machines: $3.50/$5.50/$7.50- quarters only. These machines do a respectable job of cleaning clothes.. wash water selections: cold, warm, hot. Dryers are $1.25 for 10 minutes....heat selections: hot, warm, cool. Additional quarters give 2 minutes more. So far, it is a clean establishment.

Good, but watch out for the thieving foreigners. A guy ( italian greek lookin guy ) stole my father's money today and 2 other foreigners ( dark skin woman in blonde and brown male )stole our cart then proceeded to take our dryer by taking out our laundry without our permission.
