I brought some clothes here for cleaning and they came back looking fresh and perfectly pressed. The turnaround time was quick, and everything was neatly packaged, which I really appreciated. The shop feels reliable and professional, and the quality of the cleaning is definitely better than other places I’ve tried. It’s convenient and worth coming back to for regular laundry needs

I gave them 3 dresses and they have ruined them. They put safety pin through the dresses!!! And put holes in all of them! Two of the dresses were white! It was expensive that are now have holes in the front!! I am furious! they don’t understand what they have to do with dresses

I had a difficult time communicating with the owner when I needed my pants tailored. The items were not ready on time and did not call to let me know about the delay until I arrived. The job was not done well and she disregarded my request on how I wanted the item to be tailored. The issues are only noticeable if you look closely on the outside. The way it looks on the inside looks shotty. Giving an extra star because my pants feel structurally intact, and she gave me a small discount for the extra week's delay without notice. It was overall a frustrating experience and I will not return if I need something tailored.

I’ve always had good experiences here! They are able to turn around orders in a few days, and I feel like the quality of the clean is good. I’ve also never had any issues here. One note: the doorbell doesn’t work, you need to knock to get let in

If you're going to overcharge for laundry services, the least you could do is not steal and/or lose your customer's belongings. Poor English communication, unusual social skills, loss of laundry items, terrible folding, and prices are based on how wealthy you look - unnecessarily expensive, even for the area. But at least they cleaned the laundry that they didn't take and/or misplace. Never again.

I loved the cleaning service this nice lady did for me! I brought my 5-year old dirty white dress to this lady and asked if it could be cleaned as I’m wearing it to shoot my engagement photo in a few weeks. She gladly took the dress and said she would try her best but there is no ultimate guarantee if it doesn’t get cleaned as white as it was, given it’s been 5 years! When I went for pick up, I was a bit nervous. However the dress turned out so so white it looked completely new!!! I couldn’t see any sign it was dirty before. She said she had to put in some manual work to carefully clean it, but she didn’t charge me extra - was a standard cleaning price! I was beyond grateful!!! She even did it a day or two early than promised, so that I won’t be in a rush. This happened a couple of months ago, and I was busy traveling ever since. Now I have time I thought I have to write her a great review here! I never forgot about this high quality of work and nice gesture the lady presented after a couple of months, so you could imagine how impressed I was! Would highly highly recommend and definitely going back there!

Tina is great! I knew she was reliable for dry cleaning but she recently did alterations for me and also did an excellent job! She altered a dress for me that was leather and did a wonderful job! And also had it done in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend for dry cleaning or alterations.

Pure Cleaners is the most amazing cleaners I have ever used. My husband is in Northwestern Hospital for a month having a Stem Cell Transplant. During a procedure, one of his pick lines bled out all over the new goose down comforter I brought him to keep him warm. Any other cleaner would have told me to throw it away but the owner promised me she would do her best to try to get the blood out. Two days later I picked up an absolutely perfectly clean comforter. And as a bonus she found his favorite T-shirt had been stuffed in with the soiled comforter and she cleaned it perfectly also. My husband is so happy and I am thrilled. She has made what is a very difficult time much more pleasant. Thank you so much. I will use her from now on and I think you should too. You will not be disappointed.

This is the best dry cleaner in the area! I have tried all over river north and the Gold Coast for a good dry cleaner and this place has handled everything I’ve sent them super well. I have gone to them for bad stains, alterations, repairs, and general dry cleaning, 5 stars every time. Thank you to all the staff!

Terrible experience. They lost my shirt. It was an expensive shirt that I got as a gift. They said they would contact the other customer but nothing has happended in more than two weeks. They are also don't want to pay the value of the shirt either. The whole process has been sloppy. Wouln't recomend.
