Smithfield Plaza Laundry Land Laundromat

This place is really good and even has televisions. The one negative is the maintenance on one the large industrial washers needs to addressed next to the broken one as the squeal during the spin cycle is deafening. Other customers are courteous except some of them seem to want to park in the FIRE LANE and forget the DO NOT PARK in bold yellow painted as they drop off their laundry. Its only dropping off or picking up once laundry is done that happens. . .Change machine is great as not all dryers have a credit card reader. It was definitely worth coming to this place as its safer and cleaner by 1000% compared to the city. Came back to visit, but the middle heavy industrial washer still needs more maintenance. The place was very busy.

I love this place. I was skeptical washing our clothes here while we had our laundry room and master bath in remodeling. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It's clean. The regular Sunday people are friendly. I didn't know how to operate the machine and they were so helpful. I think I'm going back because I loved knocking out a week's worth of laundry in 1.5 hours. It's not expensive either. Go and support this business.

Good clean place. Coin machine rejects a few dollars

Clean Laundromat, low prices, the only gripe I have is with the night closer, the lady rushes you in and asks too many questions about things which don't concern her, also she tried to help me but put my softener in wrong slot. I don't recommend going at night, unless you want to experience what I now refer to as HELL night.

First of all I was rushed to be finished even though I had gotten there before 8:15 which is the time for last loads to be washed. So spend this money for my clothes not even to get dry. Didn’t get to fold anything so when I got home and went to fold my clothes it was like the clothes that were dry smell like the were never washed to begin with when I brought my own detergent to use which is even more infuriating that I spent all that money to have damp dirty clothes. I’m just going to find another laundromat even if it’s farther.

Lots of great places here, in 1 place. Used the laundromat, shopped at Roses, and bought groceries at Kroger. Today, i had a manicure while i waited on laundry!

Wash machines in good shape, used large capacity to wash comforters, worked well. Dryers worked well but like all laundromats make sure to check for gum or other potential things that can ruin clothes.

I was rushed and asked a lot of questions as soon as I got in the door. Didn't go in there for an interrogation. Wanted to wash 4 loads and dry one load. I knew exactly what time they closed.

Washers and dryers are up to date. Once the change matching took my money but they reimburse my money by mail. They repair their equipment promptly.

First time I used the facility and I lost 4.00 in a dryer that didn't work, it cost 5.00 to do a load of laundry, that seems a bit steep for a machine that only holds half of a normal load
