SuperSuds Laundromat

We arrived at SuperSuds on a Friday around 10:00 PM to do laundry. I must say, the place was very clean, with plenty of washers and dryers available, and a variety of options depending on how many loads you want to do. Washing prices range from $2.00 to $6.00, and drying is $0.32 for every 7 minutes. The attendant on duty was busy tidying up and cleaning, making sure the place stayed in great shape. For a Friday night, it was quiet and felt very safe. The washers and dryers were clean and working properly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

It’s says open until 11 online. I arrived at 10 pm. I only needed to wash 1 load of scrubs because my washing machine is down at home. The Latino lady was very rude, nasty and dismissive. She looked me up and down. I’m A black woman and I’m nurse. She repeated in her broken English “no we are closed.” I asked if I can just wash a load and I would dry at home. She continues to be nasty. Closes and locked The door and began to play on her cell phone. I will be calling tomorrow to complain.

Do not recommend paid for large washer with 8 inches of empty space on top of dry clothes but after washing my clothes they were dry in the center no soap or water were on them. Spoke with clueless manager Arianna she suggested I rewash them in a larger wash for another $7. Lol now why would I do that. smh Go somewhere else if you want a clean place that actually give you enough water to wash your clothes. They are definitely taking advantage of their customers.

I love the new personal that work there, so friendly, kind and they are always there for any help we need..the hygiene is better, the bathroom locks better. Nice place to visit!

Verónica is a great help at this place, always willing to help and with a smile. Waiting time goes fast with her around.

This place uses the stupid "LaundryCard" system instead of just letting me use my credit/debit card. And the machine used to add value to the card lies. When it asks you how much value you want to put on the new card, it takes the $1 fee out of that instead of adding the fee on top of the value. Then if you want to add $1 to the card, they charge a minimum of $5.

The washing machines need better credit card readers. Otherwise, you could get in and out of its parking lot.

It's a great and clean laundromat. I hope this day is twenty four hours and they have a lot of machines, washer and dryer's!!

Good morning, I have returned after a long time and I must say it out of necessity. But I have found a very clean, tidy laundry with new drying machines and better service in my native language. Before, I was denied the use of the bathroom and the service was aggressive and terrible. Thank you for making a better and cleaner place.
