Pure Laundry

Their pick-up & deliver laundry service is NEXT LEVEL. I’ve tried multiple laundromats in the area and this is the only one with true five star service from start to finish. Their booking site is super easy to use and always has a ton of dates & times available. Could not recommend them more!!

I use Pure Laundry For pick up and delivery service and they do an amazing job! Super friendly and helpful and flexible service and I love the way they fold the clothes.

Very clean, nice machines. The lady working was super nice. 4 restaurants in the mall to eat while you wait! Will be back.

Extremely satisfied with this place and like the LaundryPay option via app. Few dryer filters must be cleaned though, otherwise looks neat and clean.

This Laundry mat is clean. And maintenance well. There is always someone cleaning. I will say i gave this a 3 because i have a service dog well trained. i do understand that it says no Pets. But he is “Serviced” I was told he was not allowed in there. He was too big, and a doberman, others would look in and Be scared. This is a form of discrimination. You cannot tell someone what kinds of dogs are allowed. I have a mobility issue. The entire purpose of my service dog. So being that i am not welcomed to quickly wash and go about my business. I give 3 Stars. I want to Also add in That later within 20 minutes another manager had arrived and happen to see me in the laundry facility and my dog outside in the car. i was with a couple of friends. Which i had brought with me and recommended they wash here as well. i actually Like it here and felt welcomed prior to this small incident. He politely asked if i happen to leave a google review. I said yes. He than spoke with me about the “No Pet”Policy. And i than let him know My dog is “Serviced” And had his Service Dog Collar. They would like them to have on his Vest. I just didn’t have it during to Husband having in his truck and me being with a friend. Blah blah What i do appreciate was the fact that He said that they would do “Training” Being more aware of service animals and how to tell a little more between A service Dog and regular dog. He also offered that Next time he would be able to assist me or also give me a chair away from others. With this being said, I will Give a 5 Star. Why ? Because the fact that he was professional about how he handled the situation and took the time to address my review. Hands down will recommend! This is what great customer service should look like. Ideally things happen. But how you can resolve a issue for someone goes along way! So thank you.

Just had my husband’s Brooks Brother shirts cleaned here, and they didn’t even bother to scrub the collars and sleeves! What’s worse, they completely ripped one shirt apart! These shirts are only a few month old and we still have receipt from when we bought them, but the lady at Pure Laundry kept saying the shirts are too old which was the reason why the shirts got ripped and couldn’t get cleaned. THE WORST PLACE. EVER!

Very clean and new machines but that’s about it. It’s a very small place with ONE single bench for sitting, but the dryers were very cheap, $1.25 for 25 minutes. AC was off and the restroom has a sign saying “permanently closed”. You can pay with card using an overly complicated app but if you don’t have coins you won’t be able to buy soap, softener or dryer sheets. I had to leave and find a gas station to use the restroom. Definitely not coming back to this one.

The washers say 26 minutes but mines stopped at 24. They force you to pay $1.75 for exactly one dryer cycle. The sign for where the softener goes in the machine is gray and blends into the wall. The employee WATCHED me guess the wrong slot and after I added two capfuls of Downy, she told me that I was supposed to pour it in the other slot. I won’t be back. My clothes still smell musty. And the dryer didn’t get my doggone clothes dry. 😡

Clean washers with a sanitize cycle you can run before using the washers. We’re currently building a house so this is the only laundromat I can go to because of how clean it is. Takes me an hour to get there. The location it self is due for a deep cleaning to restore it to the photos pictured on google.
