Sonny's Laundromat

I came here for the first time today because the community washer & dryer facility at my apartment complex didn't appear to be open. I couldn't wait because I was out of clean clothes and really had to get them washed and dried. I am really grateful to find Sonny's Laundromat 🧺, which is really clean, and has super sleek and modern washer and dryer machines 😃! A lady named Teri was on duty and really helped to guide me through the card system for loading money so I could my new card for the washer and dryer services. I forgot to bring my laundry detergent. So she kindly sold me a small box of detergent for $2 🙂! She was so friendly, patient and courteous and answered all the questions I had ☺️! I was so grateful 😃! There are plenty of regular seats inside while you wait for your laundry to finish, as well as some cubicle-like desk areas with chairs if you would like to hop on free WiFi and get some work done 🙂! I brought my electronics and my work binder so I could get some work done while I waited. There are also nice and clean folding tables to fold your laundry 🧺 when it is dried ☺️! You can do your own service laundry like me 🙂! Or you can opt to drop off your laundry for the employees to work on, and pick it up later ☺️. I opted to do my own laundry since it was cheaper. But overall, their available services are pretty reasonably priced 😃! There are different-sized washers, depending on how small, medium or large your load is. I had a medium-sized load, so my wash was about $5.95 for 20 minutes. The dryer was $2 for 38 minutes. I was really relieved to finish my laundry 🧺 so quickly 😃! This laundry facility exceeded my expectations 💫 with the excellent customer service 🌟 😄 🙌! Most of the customers who come here are pretty respectful as well ☺️! I will definitely be back for my regular clothes 👚 👖 , and also with my bedsheets 🛌 and comforters next time 😉! I also really like how there is plenty of parking 🚘 🅿️🙂! And just to ease everyone's burden of carrying or wheeling their laundry load in 🧺, the front door 🚪 automatically opens so you don't have to use extra hands 🙌 just to open the door 🙂!

Being a truck driver we get places where we aren't able to do our laundry, which is what happened to me, first truck stop had no laundry service and the next the laundry service was out of order. So when I arrived in El Paso I was looking up laundry facilities, I didn't want to jump.back on the highway...then I found Sonny's, I called as I haven't been in a laundry mat forever. The man on the end of the phone explained how it worked, I was there in 15 minutes. I learned that he was the manager and his name was Mike. What a pleasant man, he helped me with the payment, started the washer and dryer for me as I didn't have a card, He kept the place emaculate, inside and out. I will be back when in need of a laundry service....I would recommend Sonny's anytime if day... Thank you again

Walked in at 8am, It’s clean!! I 😁Did 1 massive machine ($8.19) with ALL our bedding & my king size quilt, 3 smaller machines ($5.19) with all our clothes and towels etc. and 1 smallest machine $4.19 with the dog blanket. I used 4 dryers. It cost 🤣😁$36 total for everything and was washed, dried, folded in less than 2 hours and EVERYTHING was dry!!! The lady (Tina I think her name was, she works Tuesday, Friday, Saturday) was VERY helpful. It is NOT coin operated!! But the lady attendant helped me change cash to card for the machines. There’s also an atm there. Oh, and cubicles for you to work while you wait! Loved this place, excellent experience for someone used to not such excellent service and much more expensive laundromats! 👍🏻👌🏻

As a laundromats is great but the wash and fold is mediocre at best. I took a bunch of clothes for wash and fold service, was charged 70. I specifically said I had separated clothes and to keep them that way. I get my clothes back with stains, all mixed up and some items were just thrown in. Not even folded. Super wrinkled like they had left them in the dryer. Il pay the prices but for that price I expect good quality service

Sonny's Laundromat is a great place to go wash and dry your clothes. I was shook today. I was able to wash all of my clothes in 30 minutes🫨 This place has its own attendant the machines and the location are always spot on clean and it's cool not hot and muggy like other places. I fully recommend Sonny's Laundromat. 😎

This is the THIRD time I've arrived for opening and had to sit in the parking lot til 7:15,7:20 before the attendant arrived to open the doors. Seems employees are FREQUENTLY LATE to open in the morning. Upon entering I said good morning to the attendant who walked right past me with a nasty look on her face and ignored me. Guess where I'm not coming back to? Sonny's Laundromat. It's always clean but the morning g woman ruined it for me.

My washer machine is presently not working, and a technician is supposed to come tomorrow, Monday, 05 August 2024, to repair it. However, my children return to school tomorrow and need their clothes washed and dried in preparation. I hadn't been to a laundromat in a long time, so I didn't know what to expect. I recently visited Sonny's Laundromat today Sunday, 04 August 2024, and had an excellent experience. The facility was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. The machines are modern, efficient, and easy to use, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The staff representative, Mike, was friendly and available to answer any questions. I was particularly impressed by the various machine sizes, accommodating everything from small loads to large bedding items. There were plenty of folding tables, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus, allowing me to stay entertained while waiting. Sonny's Laundromat provides a top-notch laundry experience with excellent machines and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a reliable and pleasant place to do their laundry. Five stars all the way!

Great place. The machines are nice and clean. Except for the vending machine they have there. I'm so afraid to get near it. Feels like you might get the coronavirus by touching this machine.

I use to love coming here because it’s super clean. The short lady who is usually there is super helpful and friendly. However, I was really disappointed today, I rushed out of work to make it there before 9 (last wash hour). Made it at 8:50pm and was turned away by some lady I’ve never seen before and I understand it was 10 mins before 9 and everyone wants to go home early but maybe change the Last wash sign to 8:30pm. It’s just bad for business turning away loyal customers. Other than that it’s super clean and never too busy.

This was an incredibly clean spot. I was asked to purchase a card, but since I was only passing through the city, it would have been a wasted $3. I asked for change for a $20 thinking machines were coin operated. Nope, only this card would work. Then I was told that I could use my debit card to pay for my loads, but the $1 service fee wasn't mentioned. It still came up to less than my $20, so I could have paid with the $20 & avoided all the fees. Clean, yes, but totally confusing!
