This machine doesn't give drinks, nor give change back. Taping that on it doesnt make a difference. Overall good place to wash clothes

Excellent machines and priced very well. Only down side is there are bugs inside the laundry mat. The first time I saw one I didn’t think much of it but the last time I was there (4-9-24) around 9pm, I saw more then 20 roaches ranging from babies to adults. I usually go during the day and I think that is why I had never seen them before.

Sep 08 2019 update: Praise the Lord, thank you Michael, The restroom has been unlocked the last three times I’ve been here and every customer I talk to is absolutely delighted… ❤️❤️❤️ While some businesses avoid Pine Bluff you have brought in an absolutely awesome laundromat to our community and we really appreciate you for that Michael Stevens.... Thank you as well to your entire team, keep up the great work… Everyone have a great day… 👍😊 Many pros, and only one con, that can be remedied easily… 😊 PROS: Awesome laundromat!! Nice machines Clean environment Lots of security cameras Well lighted You get a nice discount if you use the speed queen app and put money on it, see the instructions on the wall inside the laundromat. CON: The restroom is always locked🙁👎 Numerous calls and complaints have not helped… The manager says someone is locking it from the inside and closing the door which is not even possible seeing how it’s locked every day all day… I have been coming here for a long time every week and the customers are getting more and more frustrated . A large number of the clients are women and children they need the public restroom to be open… The solution is simple… Put a deadbolt on the door that says Vacant or Occupied on the outside and then nobody can lock the door after it is shut from the outside. Michael Stevens, you are the Owner, you are in the public service business, please correct this problem... talking to your manager has not helped, if the restroom remains locked, it is obvious somebody is just trying to avoid cleaning it. You will notice this is a five star review, nobody is against the laundromat, but numerous people have complained about this and it is the topic every time I come here, please fix it… Thank you, and have a great day… 👍😊

The laundromat itself is amazing, solid 10/10!! But the restroom doesn’t have a soap dispenser so you can wash your hands. It’s a little unhygienic.

Other than the prices being a tad bit high and maybe the need for more big washers, the place is well kept and useful if you need to wash outside of home.

Clean with nice equipment. I used one of the large washing machines to wash a king sized comforter and it worked great. There is an app you can use to pay if you want

The ONLY negative I have to say is the price. BUUUTTT It’s so clean and everything works so well that it completely off sets the price. The pride is WORTH IT

The owners are very friendly and extremely prompt when it comes to ensuring the customers have a wonderful experience while using their facilities! Hands down, the best laundromat in the city!!!

I washed and dried 2 blankets. It would have been cheaper to just buy 2 brand new blankets. Place is extremely clean but it's a rip off. 2 dollars just to start the drier

Everything works good dryers, washing machines price reasonable!
