No matter how stained the garment is or how much of an alteration is needed or what kind of special cleaning care is required for special items, everything always comes out perfect! I trust them with cleaning and altering everything. They are super fast and great prices too.I just love the fact that the owners are a very friendly husband and wife team who will make you smile and will go above and beyond to accommodate you and to make sure you are very satisfied. They really make your experience enjoyable! I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend them! They deserve a million stars!

Recently, used this cleaners, they have been there for a long time, so I had my gown altered for my sons wedding, that was fine and asked if they could steam it. How disappointed i was to fine several stains throughout the gown, front and back top and bottom to many to count, the woman that took care of everything, denies it happened by her establishment, that's was the fire to my fury. It so sad, when people can't be honest, and take No accountability! Now it's 3 weeks away from the wedding and i don't have anything to wear. Not a good day for me :( Beware of Betty Brite Cleaners.. in Jackson, go elsewhere...... PS. She didn't offer to pay for the gown.

**BEWARE**:if you like the clothes you wear, don’t bring them here!! Tried on my silk blouse that I just got dry cleaned. Two large TEARS in the sleeves that weren’t there before bringing them in and stains all over my other blouses from whatever they use to dry clean. Did not even tell me that this happened (I find it hard to believe that they didn’t know that they tore both sleeves on the blouse because they were large gashes) and still charged me for the dry cleaning. A beautiful blouse RUINED by this place. Thanks a lot.
