Moore Cleaners

I've been using Moore Cleaners for over 15 years. They have always been friendly, fair and easy to do business with. Dry cleaning always comes back perfect and laundered shirts are clean and crisp with any stains removed! They do a great job with dry clean only bed linens too. More often than not, items are ready before the promised date and while I have rarely had to use it, they also have rush services.

I have tried multiple cleaners in Denver and Moore Cleaners is the best one! They are friendly, professional, and so quick! I am so happy I found them!

Shady. Was overcharged, and caught them in the act, several times in the past year. They would try to charge for "blouses" ($11) rather than "shirts" ($5). Would tack on rush charges when not asked for rush service. And charge for dry cleaning rather than laundry. I had been customer for nearly a decade, and I'm not sure what changed, but I'm done. I support neighborhood businesses, but only those that act neighborly.

They do an excellent job here at Moore Cleaners, I always recommend my faimly to use for there cleaning needs!

Unbelievably kind and well run small business. I have been using Moore for 19 yrs and have never had an issue. They have gotten every stain out (including red wine) and my clothes always look great for a fair price. Today my car broke down in front of Moore while I was picking up my dry cleaning. The owner came out and tried to help me with it while I was waiting for the tow-truck, and subsequently offered to let me wait inside where it was warm. All and all this place goes above and beyond. We have lived in Platte Park, Cherry Hills Village and now Observatory Park. I wouldn’t think of ever going anywhere else.

The day we dropped off a comforter was great. The lady was friendly it was fast. But when we went to pick it up they couldn't find it! We weren't in the system, It was quite frustrating. Finally they ran the address and they found it, but it was put entirely under the wrong first name and a misspelled last name. Thats the reason they couldn't find it! Other than that, it was alright!

Best dry cleaner in the area! In the middle of the day on Tuesday, I stopped by to have my blazer pressed for an event that night. They offered to do it immediately, so that I would not have to come back. Not only that, but they also fixed a loose button on the suit jacket. And when I asked how much I owed them, they said that it was free of charge. What amazing service! They have definitely earned my business.

I've been using this business for my dry cleaning for 2 years now. They are fair priced, do a great job, and they are always polite and friendly. If you're lucky, you may even get a good story from the sweet Russian lady who works the counter from time to time. They even cleaned one of our tattered Persian rugs without causing any damage. What care! Thanks a lot Moore! You've got me as a lifetime customer.

I wish I had found them sooner! Or I guess I wish I had needed them sooner. With Covid I had been wearing less dry clean only garmets. Since weddings are back on we've been bringing everything to them. Unfortunately we've since moved out of state. In the chaos of the move we left 4 really important garmets at Moore Cleaners and didn't even realize it. A silk dress, 2 piece suit and pashmina from India. We contacted them and they got the garmets shipped out to us next day. Amazing customer service and always great job!

Had an urgent turn around on a suit for my husband's work trip and they went above and beyond to make sure it was done before he left. Highly recommend and Brian is great to work with and great communication.
