AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Their tailor destroyed my brand new Emilio Pucci dress. He was supposed to hem the length of the dress. When I went to pick it up the hem was mangled, completely uneven and dirty (see photos of the horrible work and staining.) The owner claimed she would come in and make things right that day, but when I returned she was not there and did not respond to multiple text messages. At this point, if they do not refund me for the dress, I am stuck dealing with it in court. Just a horribly run establishment with no oversight.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and couldn’t be happier with the service. The owner is incredibly professional and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I especially love their convenient door to door service. It saves me so much time. On the rare occasion there’s ever a mistake, they address it immediately and make it right without hesitation. Consistent quality, reliability, and excellent customer care. Highly recommend!

My cat has been going through something and urinated on my bed's designer comforter... I was absolutely beside myself when this happened and before parting with it, I decided to just see if it were possible to be salvaged, since dry cleaning didn't work- CREST GOT THE SMELL OUT!!!! I was so so so incredibly grateful I couldn't believe it. They got out CAT PEE from extremely delicate material without destroying the conforter AT ALL!!! Absolutely fantastic work! I highly highly recommend

This is THE place to go for not just your regular day-to-day needs, but any luxury goods that need care and cleaning. They were able to get a stain out of a luxury designer backpack of mine. The owner Meghan and her staff are incredible. Aside from great work, this is a local business you truly want to support. A+++

I just want to say that this is the best drycleaning place in whole NYC area. I found them through St John store, the clerk recommended them. Their clean and meticulous work, their attention to quality and detail shows that they care about every single piece of clothing that I take to them, I cannot praise them enough!

Crest Cleaners is a first-rate organization. They go above and beyond to satisfy their clients. The dedicated team of owner and staff work tirelessly to accommodate any cleaning needs. Megan, Rena and staff are so lovely and helpful. They achieved the almost impossible by removing chocolate ice cream that I had spilled on a brand new off-white jacket. I feel the need to write this after an amazing experience today with Crest Cleaners. If anyone is looking for someone to clean high end items like couch cushions or rugs or everyday items, Crest Cleaners is definitely the place to go to!!!! The owner, a local Port resident, reached out to me when I posted about my toddler damaging my new Crate and Barrel couch. She assured me she would be able to get out the stain out and that she deals with this all the time. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first because she was so nice and took so much time to listen to me and reassure me. It's been a while since I've meet someone who truly cares about her clients needs and goes above and beyond to provide quality service. Meghan picked up my cushion at my house, cleaned it that day and even drove it back to my house same day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It looked like it did the day it was delivered to us, if not better!!! I contacted 3 other places before talking to Meghan and they all quoted me 3 times higher then the price Meghan wanted!!!!!! I will never go to another dry cleaner again!!! If anyone is looking for an outstanding dry cleaner run don't walk to Crest Cleaners!!! No I am not a relative lol

I wanted to take the time and express how exceptional and amazing Crest Cleaners does with dry-cleaning. I highly recommend this cleaners and their care for clothes is very outstanding and the staff is friendly and attentive to specific instructions on certain clothes. I have been going to them for over two years and my clothes have always come back Amazing and with excellent care. Meg and her staff really take thier work seriously and put alot of pride in making sure each item is handled with care and they rank above and beyond to other competitors.
