I went to have stripes sewn on my dress blues, and they botched the placement. Twice. I explained how the stripes should be placed, and they didn't fix anything. Absolutely incompetent. I will never come here again, and I discourage anyone from coming here for alterations.

Worst experience I’ve ever had when dealing laundry service. I took several suits in to be cleaned, and upon inspecting them I realized 2 weren’t matched together and they all looked as though that no one took the time to clean them properly. I also dropped several pairs of pants off picking up my suits and low and behold when I went to pick them up only 6 pairs were ready, so I returned the following day and no one seemed to know where the other pairs were located. Finally after a couple days one pair of pants was found and not cleaned and a couple of days later another pair was found but damaged. Yes I was compensated for the damaged slacks, but the hassle is not worth it. I will no longer use there services.

paid 120+ for me and my s/o ranks to get sewn on incorrectly and told many excuses on why it was done wrong THEN they tried to make me pay to correct their mistake. whole experience was unprofessional and the seamstress would not take responsibility for anything.
