Trash Laundromat — Don’t Waste Your Time This place is a joke. Walked in and, of course, their NFC payment wasn’t even working. Took forever to get it sorted because the youngest worker there — some careless, stuck-up girl who couldn’t even pretend to care — barely paid attention like it wasn’t her problem at all. Finally get my machines running, I doze off, and what happens? Mr. “5-foot-3 old man with no name tag” decides to creep over and snoop through my bag like some bargain-bin Sherlock Holmes. Sir, you’re not solving crimes, you’re babysitting washing machines. Keep your little raccoon hands to yourself. And to anyone reading this: watch your clothes and belongings if 5’3 is working — he clearly can’t mind his own business. And then I wake up to the grand comedy show — him and his coworkers making fun of how I “smelled,” dragging other customers into it like it’s amateur night at a nursing home. Pathetic. Instead of cleaning the place or offering actual customer service, they’re too busy acting like mean kids on a playground. And yes, I wear thongs. So what? You’d think grown adults over 65 wouldn’t be giggling over underwear like it’s the first time they’ve seen one. Newsflash: it’s laundry, not Showtime. This laundromat is dirty, disrespectful, and run by clowns who should’ve retired years ago. Absolute embarrassment of a business.

I love the Operating Hours (24/7)! Clean, Nice Operator, Friendly/Respectful Customers, Great prices! Big washers: $7.25 for light load, $8.75 Med/Heavy wash. (I did heavy, SO CLEAN!👍) Driers work great (a lot outta order)! Prices in pictures. START button warn on some machines. NEW FAVORITE PLACE! ❤ …

I’ve only used this laundromat once—early afternoon on a weekday—and I’ve used laundromats only a handful of times, so for all I know, this one might be above average. But my experience wasn’t great. Pros: Clean interior. Friendly, respectful patrons. Cons: Unhelpful Staff: Of the two employees, one spoke no English and the other had limited fluency. She seemed annoyed from the start and couldn't answer basic questions (e.g., "Are these high-efficiency machines?"). She didn’t know what HE machines were. Perhaps it’s an uncommon question at laundromats, but given detergent differences, it's important. Detergent Residue: Even "clean" machines had so much leftover detergent that normal amounts over-foamed. I selected appropriate load sizes and detergent volumes, but still had to rewash items 2–3 times. Damaging Dryers: The metal dryer drums have dime-sized perforations with sharp, bent edges. These shredded the drawstring of my workout pants after one cycle. I checked many dryers—none had smooth interiors. The issue is structural and affects all settings. No Wi-Fi (Despite Claims): The website promises free Google Fiber at this location. In reality, there was no Wi-Fi. Staff confirmed it had been down “for a long time” with no timeline for return. Misleading and frustrating. Nontransparent Pricing: Prices jumped significantly at 4 p.m, but this wasn't posted anywhere, online or in-store. Staff were unsure of the timing or rules. Here is the pricing I noted, for "medium" settings; higher strength/heat cost more: Washer Load Size | 7 a.m.–4 p.m. | 4 p.m.–7 a.m. | % Increase 8 | $10.75 ($1.34/load) | $13.00 ($1.63/load) | +21% 6 | $7.50 ($1.25/load) | $9.00 ($1.50/load) | +20% 4 | $5.00 ($1.25/load) | $6.00 ($1.50/load) | +20% 3 | $3.75 ($1.25/load) | $4.50 ($1.50/load) | +20% 2 | $2.75 ($1.38/load) | $3.00 ($1.50/load) | +9% Dryers | $1.75 | $3.00 | +71%

Clean, well lit, actually have snacks and bathrooms. They have a bill breaker and bill changer machine. Best part is that you can actually use your debit card for the washing machines.

Look around, ask questions of the staff. You will get friendly and helpful answers. Especially the washers where you get three (3) wash for four (4) dollars. The WI FI password too. And you can watch TV on laundry day.

Very clean, LOTS of washers/dryers. Not all take a credit card but the change machine is well stocked. Reasonably priced supplies at the front counter + the usual in the vending machine. The dryers are very efficient. Nice folding tables & plenty of carts. Clean reatrooms!! Plenty of parking. Five or six "classic" (okay, "old") video games + a crane claw game near a large TV playing old movies with ads about Camp Lejeune and Medicare Part 3. The crane game will say, "Try your luck! You never know what you'll get!" during these ads 🤣 But seriously, an outstanding laundromat where you might expect less from a 24 hour joint.

This laundromat used to be so nice. NOT ANYMORE! A lot of the machines were broken, clothes sitting in machines and most change machines were broken as well. It seems like this place is getting to a rundown state. They used to have a code on the bathrooms, not anymore now they give you a HUGE wooden keychain that I'm sure isn't sanitized. The bright side is that it is clean, and I will say the drop off service is impeccable and they offer free wifi.

Like the others have said, the place used to be nice. So did the city. Now look at it. And where did all the attractive people go? And who shipped in the ugly ones? And who made the decision that this was the right decision path for Austin? To become the next Detroit?
